Would definitely leave a 10⭐️ rating if possible!!! These guys came to service our hvac issue the day we called. They showed up and within 30 mins had our issue figured out and within an hr had us up and going.Not to mention we had 2 other hvac company's come out before them and they weren't able to figure our problem out and left us hanging with a big balance and no issues fixed. I WOULD 1000% RECOMMEND THEM FOR YOUR HVAC NEEDS.THEY HAVE GAINED 2 MORE CUSTOMER AND I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE THAT ASK ME!!!! GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!!!!

Ritchie promptly responded to my inquiry about the issues I was experiencing with my A/C unit, including the unusual noises it was making. They maintained constant communication with me regarding their expected arrival time. The A/C stopped working just minutes before they arrived. After assessing the unit, they repaired the blower motor at a very fair price. They were also patient and understanding when our local credit union declined the payment, allowing us time to sort it out. I highly recommend Ritchie for their efficiency, fair pricing, and exceptional patience!

My son and daughter in law had their heat go out this past weekend in some of the coldest times I can remember so I was on Google looking for someone to come check it out it had to be fate the first number I called no answer then I called Ritchie Heating and bam answered my call well that same day they came out and checked a few things thought they had it going until the new unit arrived the next day it shut down so Tuesday they came and got all the measurements they said probably Friday or Saturday oh no not these guys they showed Thursday and worked up into the night and got our babies Heat fixed so if you find yourself having some heat or ac trouble I highly recommend these guys they are definitely top notch and I feel like we also created a new friend ship so Jason, Thomas and Bo (aka soup bowl) thank you so much✌️✌️✌️
