Seemed to be good at what they did. Arrived on time and did their work. Put heat pump in our home and our sons. However, I have called and texted for 4 months now to get our paperwork for both installs and left many messages but I never get a call back and no paperwork not even the contract we signed. Also ductwork is laying all over the ground under home it was not put up on floor joists like our previous install so now mice or anything can eat on ductwork and we cannot get in crawlspace if needed. I would like my paperwork and my son wants his and would like ductwork not on the ground. Find this odd.

Very satisfied with the work they did on my AC. Pricing was very fair for all the work they did. I will be doing business with them again.

You absolutely will not find another place like this. You want the job done, this is the place. They will go out of their way to help someone in need. You call, & they are there. Imagine Christmas and your heat goes out at 6:pm. Know who will come out?, these people. Why? Because they care. Because they treat their customers like family. There is no other place as friendly and will treat you like family like these people will. I will always give 150% to them ... they care about their community, their neighbors, their friends, their family. If you want the job done & right...... you see that number up there. Call them. Tell me I’m wrong. There’s nothing negative you can say about this place.

High Standards is always quick to come out when you need them..... No waiting for days. Last year on one of the coldest days my heat went out. They came the same day and fixed the problem immediately. They have always been there when I needed them. Great professional, friendly staff!

My furnace went out and Calib came out himself at 11pm and worked for hours just so my family would have heat! New furnace installed and everything works great. Can’t beat the prices or the customer service. Would definitely recommend High Standards! ~Michelle Pigman

I text Calib from TN needing my unit worked on at my rental house in Ky ..he assured me a tech would have it fixed by noon the next day ! it was fixed as promised and he even let me pay him through fb...Wonderful family owned and operated business. Would recommend them highly.

So, I come home from work in the middle of a snowstorm and 22 degrees. And my heat is out. Thank God I was able to text Calib Ball and he came out early the next morning and got us up and running again.

The only high standards about this company is the name. They didn't show up to the appointment they made so they rescheduled and guess what they didn't show either. They don't bother to call to let people know. The receptionist is a total joke she didn't even care she said to just cancel the appointment and look for someone else. What the heck?. I don't know what kind of company is this but they have no professionalism whatsoever. Don't waste your time with them!

Best service I have ever had. They will be my go 2 for any heating and cooling issues. They know their stuff and very friendly.

Low standard customer service. Scheduled an appointment over a week ahead to get work done at my home. They didn't show up, didn't call. When I reached out to them they said they weren't coming. They didn't even let me know until after I reached out wanting to know where they were. I asked if they could come the next day and they didn't respond. They said they tried to get in touch with me but they didn't because the only response from them was when I asked if they were coming. There were no issues with my texting or my phone. Unprofessional and definitely not a company with high standards.

High standards is pretty much your best go to here in eastern KY. I spoke with Calib yesterday which was a sunday, rare to hear from hvac guys on those days right? Not with High Standards. his communication was very polite, informative, and professional, and to top it off he had a technician at my house at 8:30 this morning getting me rolling cold again. Just as calib was, his technician Jared was very polite, professional, and informative in solving the issue and making good solid reasonable listings for future maintenance of my unit. Good gentleman, great work, and reasonable prices.
