Chad - Mr. Ziz was fantastic! I recently had screens replaced on a home and was extremely pleased. The costs, communication, and quality were on point.

He showed up right on time and got straight to work with great attention to detail. I really didn’t even know HOW DIRTY my windows really were until after looking thru spotless windows.

Treat yourself and get your windows cleaned! I am amazed at how much brighter and cleaner the entire house feels. Chad and Matt did an excellent job and were friendly, hardworking, and professional. I appreciated their organization - the shoe covers were a kind and thoughtful touch while moving around the house. As a mom, I particularly appreciated the simplicity of the cleaning products. I LOVE Two girls and a broom! I heard about this company through a friend and decided to try them out. Originally I was only going to use their services once for a deep clean inside my home, however I was really impressed with my home once they finished and the bill was affordable. I decided to have them come back weekly and clean! I would recommend this company to everyone.

Spot clean at best. With my long hours and wife being 8 months pregnant we thought it would be great to get a deep clean done to elevate some stress from her. Only thing accomplished was a pregnant woman crying and us cleaning the house ourselves. So many items that were discussed to be done were not even touched. 1.5 hours for a deep clean 380$. Wish I made that hourly rate. Upon reaching out about the amount of issues they said they would come back another day or take 80$ off of bill. Frankly we didn't want them back in our home. Wife paid the 300$ which was extremely generous. In the future I hope they choose quality of work of quantity.

First of all the communication from the owner is an absolute 5 star, she is the redeeming grace for the 3 star review. She is phenomenal. She reached out in less than 24 hours, and was at my home within 48 hours. She was timely, kind, and very accepting to my needs for this very large job.

I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. For a deep clean she quoted me 600 dollars. I agreed to this price because my house was an absolute mess and needed a lot of assistance with dusting and cleaning. We did a tour of every room and I feel I communicated clearly what I needed and expected from each room.

I was very grateful as I just had another cleaner come so Unprepared a week prior, so she was a blessing. Due to this, I told her that she could use my belongings like cleaning supplies, wash cloths, my brand new shark vacuum and my ocedar mop (this will come in to play later).

I’m sad to say that I’m disappointed with the service. I was anticipating the job to be 3 to 4 hours as it was a heavy job. It was finished in a little over 2 hours. Upon my walk through, there was blatant disregard to what I needed. Dusting in many common areas did not transpire or were sloppily done. The floor on the first floor was not mopped or vacuumed. I kept finding dog food (that is kept downstairs) around my home in areas they should not exist. It was obvious that the floor in the dog room was poorly vacuumed, was not mopped, and the surface areas were not addressed. The goal of this deep clean was to rid the home of dust, dirt, and dander that happened due to heavy rain a couple weeks ago that flooded my yard and the dogs tracked in.

Now I was not planning to leave this review as when I reached out to the owner, she was very accommodating. She took money off of the quoted price (down to 450) and she was apologetic. So I felt comfortable and confident I would use her services again.

Today I was finishing the areas that were not clean and noticed my brand new shark vacuum was not functioning as it should. It was leaving dirt and dust everywhere and when you disconnected the hose, there was no suction.

I had to take the vacuum apart and found that it was clogged and a portion of a dog kennel lodged in the hose with a puncture to it. I am very disappointed that my personal property was not handled with care. Luckily I purchased a lifetime protection for it and can have it fixed. Yet, the point is I should not have to send my property to be repaired due to the negligence of someone else.

I am really disappointed with my experience, 450 dollars is a lot of money that I work hard for and could have spent elsewhere this holiday season. I hope as they move forward they can address these issues and concerns I have outlined.
