Really disappointing service and ridiculous prices. My father-in-law has been paying their ridiculous prices for an annual service when the service is mediocre and they show up for 20 minutes max. They don't help in between treatments either. I suggested he switch to a DIY option, he'll save a ton and won't have to deal with their poor customer service.

Absolutely awful and ridiculous prices ! Would NOT RECOMMEND the owner tim" harasses people on social media making false assumptions of other businesses on public posts .
Never known an owner to represent a company by bullying others. ORKIN HAS BETTER PRICES and customer service I would never use or recommend this company

Very professional Company, Very compassionate. Anytime we've had an issue with bugs they have taken care of the problem and have always been helpful in explaining how their products work and preventative measures from re-infestations. I love that their products are safe for us and the environment. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs pest control services.

They were so professional and clean but most of all so kind!!!

The name says it all!! The technician that services our property is always courteous and respectful. We have kids and dogs and they are understanding to all of our needs and requests!

Update: reduced to 3 stars because the treatment did not work and when I asked for them to come back and treat again I got ghosted. Friendly customer service upfront doesn’t mean much if you don’t take care of the issue in the long run.

Perfection Pest Control they are professional, reliable on time and Affordable.They took the time to find our problem point it out and treat for it. I was told by the technician that it was pretty big and if after a couple days if we saw any ants to call and they would be back.

Had my house sprayed from crawling insects (mainly spiders) also had some mice traps set before they cut down the crop around me. He was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Within the 24hours I was only finding dead spiders. It’s been a few days and I haven’t seen 1 bug in my house!!! Best price in town, I don’t have one complaint about the service.

Two very nice gentlemen came out. Solved the problem 1st time and the spray is still killing all the bothersome pests.

Tyler does a great job every season and provides updates via text which is convenient for us. Happy that the company now permits you to pay online as well. My ultimate goal is to not have pest issues in or around my home and ever since Perfection has treated our patio home there’s been no issues.

This customer was absolutely amazing with their communication and tactics to catch the raccoons I had. Yes they were a few weeks ago (bc good companies are busy) but they communicated that well and did everything in a timely manner. Very professional.
I love out of state and rent the home and it was easy dealing with them from afar. Highly recommend !

Tyler has provided service to my house for the last 4 years. He is professional AND he keeps me informed. I like that he lets me know when he will be on site, again when he arrives, and when he is finished to let me know if he found anything unusual, or not! I highly recommend Perfection Pest Control.

Tim came out to my house and I couldn't be more impressed with him and his company . I had the 2 largest pest control companies come out ( I bet you can guess which ones ) and the high pressure sales and scare tactics were not for me ! Tim was knowledgeable and professional. We used to have the big brand (begins with T) extermination service. They just kept raising their prices, service was terrible, and the spiders were still in our basement. We've been using Perfection for several years now, and couldn't be more pleased with them. No more spiders or any other pests inside. They even keep the bugs outside the house under control. Their people are great, and their price is more reasonable too!

A tremendous experience from booking the appointment to the service itself. Scheduling was an absolute breeze. They sent Zach out the next day. He was great with providing updates on his arrival time, conscientious, friendly, and an absolute expert in his field. The estimate was the best price I received, for a more thorough job! Zach and the team at Perfection Pest Control are terrific! When we had an unexpected wildlife incident, this company was on top of it. They sent Zach over right away and he took great care of us. Victor has been doing regular service at our house now for several years and he does an excellent job. He always calls ahead of time and if we are not home, sends us a message afterwards. He takes imitative and takes care of problems we never thought to ask to have looked at. We are very pleased with the service and pricing is excellent for all the hard work they do.

I have to say that I've been extremely pleased with the service I've received from Perfection. I used them not only for my own home, but also for my mother's after she passed and we were getting ready to sell. Denny is an exceptional, knowledgeable, professional, and kind technician. After a home inspection showed signs of termites, I asked Perfection Pest Control for my own inspection and cost estimate for treatment. Quick response and great communication. The best part is they did the FREE inspection and informed me that there were no signs of termites and recommended no treatment at the moment, saving me a substantial amount of money. Honesty can sometimes be hard to find these days in favor of making a few bucks. Will definitely be my go to from now on.
