Excellent service, fair pricing

I’m extremely satisfied with the folks at Integrity Electric. The technician, A.J., was friendly, fast and knowledgeable. He replaced three faulty light switches and swapped two old chandeliers for new ones in short order. I also got a follow up call from the company owner, Ray, who took the time to ask how happy I was with the service. Integrity saved me over $1,000 from what a competitor quoted me to do the same job. They’ve got great technicians, doing great work at a great price. I’m definitely keeping their contact information for future reference.

If I could give this company more than five stars I would! I contacted them late on a Friday and received a call back the following Monday morning. We needed our new hot tub hooked up and it was a difficult install due to it being extremely cold, snow and ice everywhere, and it's location in a grotto that is not easy to access. They got us scheduled the same week. The tech arrived on time and immediately hit some issues due to the long list above. He phoned the owner of the company and they worked through it, he had to run and get parts and then finished the job the same day. The pricing was very reasonable considering how long it took and the degree of difficulty. Integrity was great to work with, I would hire them again!

I received a call back quickly and was scheduled to get my work done the next week. Great communication and very professional. They did a great job. Will recommend to everyone. Will call them again for any other electrical jobs I need done.

I can’t say enough about the integrity, craftsmanship and pricing of this company!!!!! They handled my project with precision and care as if it was their mother’s home!!!! If you’re in the Tyler or surrounding area let them be your first call and I bet it will be your last!!!
