Constraction reviews in Versailles, Kentucky

AM Service Group is a reliable team of professionals. They did some impressive construction and remodeling work for my friend and came highly recommended to me. They helped me with my HVAC system and did an amazing job. I wholeheartedly recommend them for their house and building related expertise, reliability, and solid construction, remodeling, and HVAC work.

Surge and his team are outstanding! They did a fantastic job putting in a new HVAC system and were so easy to work with. Dedicated, knowledgeable, and super nice! Highly recommend!

AM Service was great to work with! They provided all the necessary documentation and information for our insurance company to repair our water damage. AM Service communicated well and always showed up on time and did what they said they were going to do. We are very pleased with the work they did and recommend them.

AM Service Group recently fixed my leaky tub and put up a privacy fence. They were very thorough. Doing business with them was one of the best experience I’ve had with a company of this nature. The owner was bed responsive and they got both jobs done very quickly. I highly recommend this company for any and all household needs

I had a fantastic experience working with Surge! The team worked very efficiently, they were kind and polite and very helpful. There was no wastage of materials. They brought their own disposal dumpster. Were on time to the dot! We were doing this project from out of state so it was important for us to have people who were very reliable and timely. Professionally cleaned after the project was finished making it move in ready! Everything is done perfectly - floors are seamless, paint is without any blemishes, plumbing/electrical was perfect! After doing many remodels, this was by far the best experience I've had working with a contractor.

This was a 1000sq ft condo in the lexington area. Thank you to Surge and the whole team for making this condo our home!

I hired AM Service for a few different projects and they are the absolute best. Their work is top notch. Their entire team was very respectful and professional. They were always on time. The overall cost for the different projects were all reasonable. I had previously used a few different contractors and will never use any of them again. The difference is night and day. Moving forward, I will only use AM Service. They are simply the best. Thank you for your diligent work ethic to get projects done right and fast. Also, the excellent results. I recommend them 100%. Hire them, you will be happy you did.

The team was awesome! They replaced our roof with quality craftsmanship! I would highly recommend their services!

Amazing experience with AM Service Group. AM Service Group was able to work my kitchen project into their schedule very last minute. They did an excellent job. Am Service Group completed my kitchen project in a matter of three days (running new electric, hanging cabinets, placing lights, installing all appliances, and fixing mistakes of my former contractor which there were many). The owner checked in throughout the day on the project. The project was cleaned up every night. The quality of work and professionalism is beyond compare. They are fast but they are also perfectionists. I wish I had had them on the project from the beginning. Truly cannot thank them enough for saving my kitchen remodel.

Surge and his team did a great job repairing my fence on such short notice. I highly recommend their expertise.

Surge and Am Service are amazing !!! My only regret is not finding them sooner. If you want quality work at a fair price, they are for you. Extremely knowledgeable about their trade. Unlike most others in remodel/construction business, they show up when they tell you they will.

Was so very pleased with my new roof. The workmanship was great as was the attention to detail, follow up and clean up. Appreciate the unexpected follow up to insure customer satisfaction. It really shows that this is not just a for profit business but one that is proud of their work and product.

Surge came to my home and discussed several solutions to address some improvements. He had been recommended to me. He and his team arrived promptly as scheduled. We had several projects completed the same day with success. Good quality work and a very capable and courteous team members. This firm provides multiple services for home improvement and I plan to use them again.

I can’t say enough good things about AMSG! Surge, the owner and operator, runs a top-notch mechanical company that sets the bar for professionalism and quality work. From start to finish, every interaction was smooth, honest, and efficient. Surge and his team are highly skilled, reliable, and clearly take pride in what they do.

It’s rare to find a company this committed to excellence — and it shows in the results. I would absolutely recommend AMSG to anyone in need of mechanical services. If you want the job done right the first time, call Surge and his team!

I'm glad I found Surge to do the job for me. He responded fast to my phone call and show up to explain me in the details what need to be done, how and when will he start. Specially I was glad that he handled all the paperwork with my insurance and negotiate the price with them. Only things I did is inspect the job and pay my deductible. I was more than happy with his work and definitely will call him again and highly recommend him to anybody that need professional job done in professional matter and time.

I would definitely recommend AM Service Group. My finished basement flooded for the first ever. We contacted AM Service. Surge immediately responded. He did an excellent job from beginning to the finished project. He contacted my insurance and immediately got things moving. He was concerned about our health and wanted to prevent any further damages. He always stayed in contact with any updates. His team were very good workers and did a good job! I would highly recommend AM Service Group. Thank You AM Service for your quick response and completing the job so quickly.

AM Service gives fast reliable service. I had plumbing emergency and I called them and they came in 30 minutes and started the clean up process, they also helped find the issue that was hidden in
a ceiling between the floors. They do quality work at a fair price. I would recommend them for small or large projects.

AM Service Group did an amazing job helping with our living room remodel! Surge and his team handled all the prep work, including replacing a rotted section of subfloor from an old bathroom leak, before laying our new laminate floors. They also built a new wall and moved a vent for us. Everything was done neatly, quickly, and with great attention to detail. Surge was super friendly, easy to talk to, and really cared about getting it just right. Definitely recommend!

Can’t say enough good things about AM Service Group. Srdan (Surge) and crew did a fantastic job of converting our tub to a walk-in shower. They were punctual, industrious and detail oriented. They were respectful of our home – they made a path with ground cloths to protect the floors, created an isolation path with hanging sheets of plastic, and employed hi-tech equipment to reduce/eliminate dust and debris. The crew was courteous and professional and took the inevitable speed bumps – hidden plumbing problems, uneven framing, etc. – in stride. At the end of the workday, the drop cloths were collected, floors vacuumed and tile wiped down. We recommend AM Service Group without reservation!!!

We’re in the middle of remodeling our living room, and AM Service Group has been a huge help in bringing everything together. They installed new laminate flooring and made sure the floor was leveled and secured before laying it down, so it looks and feels great. They also framed in a new wall and moved a floor vent for us, and everything was done quickly, cleanly, and with real attention to detail.

The contractor is super friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. You can tell he takes pride in his work and wants to make sure you're happy with the results. If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled general contractor in Woodford County or the surrounding areas, I highly recommend AM Service Group.

My wife and I have dealt w/ too many contractors since we bought our house earlier this year.
Surge is one of the awesome ones. He has been a pleasure to work with. He's helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, RESPONSIVE. Imagine that, a contractor that talks w/ you about your options, saves you money, and genuinely seems to care.
From now on, Surge with AM Service Group will be our first call for any home repairs and renovations.

Truly incredible service, delighted that they are able to handle all jobs without subcontracting. All highly skilled employees and no sign work was done after they left. Highly recommend this company to anyone.
