They are awesome. They keep my data center in tip top shape with preventive maintenance. We have AC running year around and they got my back!

Absolutely no more trustworthy HVAC company in Central Ky. Tim and his crews are reliable, competent, and competitively priced while not cutting corners.

I've known Tim and his Dad Ken since the early 90's when I was a Mechanical Supervisor for the Fayette County School System. C&I was the contract HVAC contractor at the time. Ken came to my office one summer to show me a valve that one of his technicians had mis-plumbed that had caused a loss of much of the refrigerant in a large chiller that he had been working on. Ken informed me that he had corrected the problem and replaced the lost refrigerant at no cost to the School System. I thanked Ken for his honesty and told him that I didn't think that I had a single contractor that would have told me the truth about this situation. When I subsequently relocated to Wild Turkey Distillery, I used C&I for all of my HVAC repair and installation that was too large for my crew to attend to. They have always been quick to respond to my calls, and have always performed quality work at a reasonable rate. I would recommend them to anyone.

C&I provides HVAC services for H&M Holdings in Frankfort KY. They respond quickly to repair and maintenance requests for both our multi-family units and our commercial properties. We are pleased with the quality of their work and they provide good solutions as some of our buildings and equipment are old and at the end of life.

I have been using C & I for 20 years and could not be more pleased. They have performed maintenance, repairs and installation of new HVAC systems for us. They are very responsive and show up when they say they will. They have always handled our problems and we have had no issues with any of the work they have done. The technicians are thorough and explain their work once performed. A+ company and service!

I can't say enough about C&I Heating and Air. They have provided such great care for over 20 years. First it was to the company I worked for at Woodford Reserve. Now it's for me personally. I wouldn't use any other company or any other team. Great job guys. Something that lacks in todays world. Amazing customer care and amazing results! Thank you !!!!!

These folks know what they are doing! Trusted them with a large industrial project and they got it done professionally and on time. 10/10, would recommend

I recently worked with Tim Dayley regarding some heating problems. Mr. Dayley
was prompt and knowledgeable regarding my issue. I find him to be dependable and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family.

Prompt, honest, fair, the best.

Routt stands behind their work.

He did what he said he would do for a fair price.

Super nice gentleman! Topped off my Freon, and gave me an estimate for a permanent solution. Will def use again!

I highly recommend Routt's Heating and Air! Honest, Fast, Friendly, all around amazing service I'll use them 4any HVAC issues in the future.

Joe came out on a Sunday. Got some heat going so my pipes wouldn't freeze. Came back the next morning and finished. I would recommend him over anybody.

Had Routts install a new furnace this past winter (early 2020). They came over, installed it in a timely manner and left everything spotless when done. Highly recommended
