Tree reviews in Versailles, Kentucky

The arborist and office staff flagged us for high priority, and sure enough, a crew showed up before too long. “Levy” and his team worked a long, hard day, through rain to get the job done right. Hated to lose the tree, but we trust these professionals, and we were well taken care of.

The three men who came to trim our tree were polite, efficient and kind.
We are very happy with their work and highly recommend Dave Leonard Tree Specialists!

Russell and Terry planted our new tree for us. They were knowledgeable and explained what they were doing. They were careful in their planting - watering well and staking it straight. Thanks guys- we are so pleased with your work as in the past times you’re cared for our trees.

Chris and his crew did a wonderful job. They were prompt, efficient, professional, and courteous.

Professional crew, good at their work, and they're friendly on top of that. Ed cut the trunk of the oak tree into firewood-sized chunks for me, much appreciated.

The crew of Chris, Chris and Neal showed up on time and took down 2 large maple trees in my front yard. They were careful and respectful of property and cleaned everything up before they left. They did an awesome job.

Ed and his crew did an excellent job of pruning our trees. We are very pleased.

Awesome service. Quick and neat. Knowledgeable teams and do great work. Chris and his team were great.

Knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient! I was so worried that my trees would end up with bald patches after trimming and they were quick to assure me that they only take what is necessary for the health of the tree. Excellent customer service, and my trees look great

Ed and his team were exceptional! They were considerate and careful to encourage clear communication. Above and beyond service and Ed in particular was very pleasant

Dave Leonard Tree Specialist was working at our neighbor's and they damaged our fence. We can not get them to call us back. It has been near a week. Our front door camera did record their employee knocking on our door to inform us of the damage which I do appreciate but we were out of town. They left a business card in our mailbox. It would have been nice if they had left a note. We will have the fence repaired and take it to small claims court if it does not get rectified soon and to our satisfaction. We will update the review if anything changes.
***Update: They paid to have our fence repaired.
***Update: They are doing more work at our neighbor's and my husband walked outside to find their employee urinating on OUR property.
I would NOT use or recommend them!!!

Ed’s crew did a great job!
They were prompt, courteous and did a complete clean/up. Highly recommend!

Thanks to Ed and his crew from Dave Leonard Tree Service who did an excellent job cutting a tree down in our front yard today! There were a lot of dead branches that left a lot of debris, but the crew did a great job cleaning up. Looks like they were never here!

I was very pleased with how quick and efficient the team worked! They did a great job following the plan as quoted and cleaned up very well! Special thanks to Ed, our tree arborist, he made sure to give an exceptional experience!

Ed and his team did an excellent job removing a large tree from our yard!!! They are extremely professional and reasonable in their pricing. I couldn’t be happier with their work!

They were so quiet that it took me a bit to even realize they were working in my backyard. The tree looks incredible, not a branch or pile of leaves left on the ground, complete cleanup. It makes me want to sit in my backyard again, just to look at the tree.

Everyone I spoke to was professional and friendly. The guys on site were prompt, and cleaned up very well after the removal. I really appreciate the great service!

I had a tall tree that was leaning badly towards a building in my back yard along with two trees that had fallen over the last few winters. Along with that Brush Honeysuckle had completely taken over my back yard. I had used Dave Leonard before and was pleased with the work done.
I had to wait a few months because of their work backlog but I was willing to wait for them.
The crew that came out were very friendly and professional. I tried to stay out of their way as much as possible but they still took the time to completely answer all my questions fully
It was very important to me that everything was done safely .
I do not believe anyone else could or would have done any better.

We had Ed’s crew come and trim our trees today. And they did a wonderful job. Very professional and very polite. Thanks for a great experience!

Ed and Adam were great. They were very personable and skilled. We walked around the tree sights before and after to make sure all the dead limbs were removed and there were no branches close to the house that could cause damage during storms. I highly recommend them.

Ed and his crew were great! We had trees cut down and several trees trimmed. They made sure all the limbs and leaves were cleaned up. They did a walk through to ensure we were happy.
