Spent 2 days in this snow storm waiting for snow removal. The rep kept telling me both days someone would come out over and over again. Finally 8 pm the 2nd day he tells me he has no one coming. Now my residents are pissed and can't get out of the apartment community. I did provide all of them with your information. When my property is taken care of I will remove this post.
