Plumbing reviews in Walton, Kentucky

Had a clogged kitchen sink. Dixon was able to get me scheduled but came early upon request because of the holiday. I was very grateful they made a way to get the issue resolved. Josh is easy to talk to and does a great job making sure he cleans up and puts things back in good order.

Every experience our family has had with Dixon Plumbing has been very positive. They are always very professional. They understand if you treat people fair and right, they will have customers for life. Unfortunately this integrity is more uncommon today. We always recommend them to family and friends.

Providers arrived promptly and gave professional, personable service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Dixon Plumbing and Service.

I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Andy was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and got the job done efficiently. Highly recommend to anyone in need of quality plumbing work!

Dixon plumbing was diligent about returning my calls and made it easy to set up an appointment. When needing to add work to the job, they were knowledgeable, efficient, and completed both jobs well. In addition to making accomodations to come back out the same day to complete the work. They stand by their warranties and work. The workers specifically Andy and another gentleman working with him did a fantastic job. Thanks Dixon Plumbing for a well done job and service. I would definitely recommend and use again!

New installation of a water line for my fridge! Excellent service, knowledgeable, professional and good price! Highly recommend!

Excellent Professional Experience! Andy and his crew were courteous and friendly. So happy with all the work they did. Super nice guys! We will be using and recommending Dixon Plumbers To Everyone!! AAA+++

We had Dixon out on Thursday to install a shower insert, toilet, and vanity/sink. Our kitchen sink drain rusted out that Saturday. Called Monday morning and they were able to come out same day and install a brand new sink! Excellent service and amazing timing! We will only use Dixon plumbing.

Great work. They were very quick to get both things fixed. Explained everything very well and even showed me issues I was not aware of. Very professional so I will definitely call them for my plumbing needs in the future.

Josh and his crew are excellent! While some plumbing companies in the Northern Kentucky area try to rip you off, Dixon is as honest and straightforward as it gets. I needed two gas lines and a water line run in my home, and Dixon came back with an estimate that was much fairer than some of the other big plumbing companies. James and his apprentice were wonderful to deal with when they came out to complete the work, and they cleaned up after they were done. I can't imagine using anyone else for my plumbing needs!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Dixon Plumbing was amazing! They quickly replaced my old 3-knob setup with a sleek single-knob and new spout. Professional, affordable, and top-notch work. Highly recommend—couldn’t be happier with the results!

Great service! On time, courteous and helpful as I asked questions. James politely explained what he was doing. I will definately use these guys again!

Honest and trustworthy!!! Absolutely recommend Dixon Plumbing!! They came out for the plumbing inspection and water heater flush. Great value!!

Dixon Plumbing was a pleasant surprise. Prompt and courteous. Andy is a true asset to your company.

Dixon always provides me with fast and reliable service. My DIY shower repair did not go as planned and they came out the next day and fixed the issue in under an hour.

The guys showed up early but called first. Very nice covered their shoes due to wet weather. Put in our garbage disposal pretty quickly. Cleaned up afterwards. Price was reasonable.

Great job. Answered questions. Gave excellent feedback. A Wonderful service for peace of mind. Thank you. ( we had a check of everything done)

The tech was very professional. Checked all water connections. Hot water heater flush. Dixon Plumbing is top of line for your needs.

On time and under estimated cost. Andy was quick and nice to work with. Had shower fixtures replaced and outdoor hose bib replaced. Have used Dixon in the past and will continue to do so.

Michael came out the same day I asked a technician to check my leaky water heater. He diagnosed the problem and we decided to watch the shark bite connections as they were likely the source of the leak. A week later I contacted Dixon to have a technician change them out. Andy and Michael stopped by the following Monday in the window of time they scheduled and completed the job. Dixon Plumbing and Services are responsive, punctual, knowledgeable and reasonable. I highly recommend Dixon Plumbing and Services.

Quick response time. Prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service. I was informed fortunately the water heater was still under warranty. Pleased with same day service.
