Reviews of local pros in Watterson Park, Kentucky

Would give 0 stars if could, Ed was very rude on the phone and portrays that if he doesnt already know you you dont mean shit to him. Absolutely terrible service, was told was not even going to be sent a price.

Louisville HVAC Heating & Air Conditioning Llc made scheduling very easy. The technician showed up on time and fixed the issue quickly. Great service.

Kerry and crew are honest and put my mind at ease checking out the chimney of the house I bought. They did not push services I did not need but left recommendations and showed evidence of minor work that needs to be addressed in the coming year to keep everything in good condition. I highly recommend! Call soon, he books up FAST!

We were completely satisfied with the analysis of our fireplace and chimney. Kerry and his team are honest, punctual and didn't try to push or sell anything on us. He actually saved us money because he said the chimney was in great shape. He pointed us in the direction of going ventless for a variety of safety reasons, and gave us the numbers of several reputable contractors in the area that all checked out great on Angie's List.

If you're in the market to get a quote from an honest company, give Kerry a call. We will definitely be calling him back if we decide to have future work done.

Unexpectedly, our portable A/C unit quit on us during a busy week. The technician arrived within an hour and had it running smoothly again in no time. Their professionalism and efficiency were impressive, making the entire process hassle-free. Highly recommend!
