Great communication w/company! Savanna arrived early w/cleaning supplies & cleaned top to bottom from cob webs to ceiling fans, baseboards, blinds, dusting, floors (washed by hand) & even dog kennel! My house smells amazing! We visited & she worked too! She’s a hard worker, cleaning extra she didn’t have too! I definitely will have her come back again as well as organize for me too!

My mother had a scheduled cleaning while I am visiting with my 5 year old son. We were woken up to him puking all over at 3 am after unknowingly contracting a stomach virus from my grandparents two days prior. It’s obvious how contagious it was so my mom sent a courtesy message to the owner right away. The photos attached show the entire conversation that took place as a result. The owner did not handle it appropriately considering the decision was left up to her and it was an UNEXPECTED contagious virus. A business owner WITH CHILDREN, as she stated, should have handled this with more integrity instead of gaslighting the customer and still trying to charge a ridiculous fee. For the record- we have not been able to find said website that states the cancellation policy and my mother was not advised of the cancellation policy when scheduling the appointment with the owner herself. And again, the decision was left up to her as a courtesy. We could have just not let them know of the virus and let them come over for the appointment. Regardless- Good luck doing business with her.
