We called on Friday for the installation of new lighting fixtures, and his crew was there first thing this morning (Monday) to complete the task. Courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable employees. Frank and Luke showed up in a timely manner. They used shoe covers before entering our house. They figured out the problem quickly and repaired it. There was no extra charge other than the service call since they fixed the problem in a few minutes. Friendly service. I highly recommend this company.

I had some outdoor light fixtures that stopped working. The team came out, diagnosed the issue and gave me a few options. Communication was very clear and they kept me informed each step of the way. The fixtures work now. I'm very happy with the results and they left the worksite clean.

I called because I was smelling a burning smell and knew my furnace was on the fritz. Chris was very friendly and professional on the phone. Promptly got out to access our problem and swiftly gave us an estimate for the work. Wrote up a couple options for us. Would recommend them to anyone!

I called NEFCO at 5 pm on a Friday with concerns about my faulty breaker box. Frank was able to arrive at 630 to access the situation. He gave me a reasonable quote better than 2 other estimates and they were available to do the job at 9am next day (Saturday) They showed up and completed the work in the estimated time frame. Everything went as planned, I definitely recommend NEFCO for electrical work!

SO happy with the work they did on our new deck! Anthony was excellent - a great communicator who consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly as we needed. He and Zack drove all the way to Dayton, OH - several times and in a very short period of time - to add things as the project evolved, even staying VERY late in order to finish one particular job. They were always polite and courteous and listened to our needs, offering sound advice, and not leaving until everything was working perfectly. I am very appreciative - and would hire them again without hesitation.

Work was completed, as quoted, by a team of 3. They were all professional, attentive and went out of their way to ensure our questions were addressed. At the end of the project we were walked through each specific request and they made sure we were satisfied. They also cleaned up after the work was completed and as we were moving into a new home I was very grateful for one less thing to do. Honestly, NEFCO will be our Electricians of choice going forward. we contacted them yesterday evening in regards to replacing our bathroom exhaust fan. they got us in at 9am today. i really appreciated the quickness of the appointment. the job took about only 40 minutes, and they were very professional. i would use them again.

They were able to get the job scheduled that day, despite the snow.
Both installers let me know when they would arrive, and texted when they were about 25 mins away.
They were very polite and professional. They wore boot coverings while in the house.

The installers were very professional and friendly. They took care in protecting the spaces in which they worked. The install of running wiring for a dedicated circuit and my microwave went smoothly. I am very pleased with their work.

I had a burning smell coming from my dryer outlet and I knew it had to be addressed ASAP. The business phone was answered on Black Friday by Chris and he scheduled a technician to come out the same day. There was a very serious problem with the outlet. It wound up burning the plug to my new dryer. Codey was the technician that came out and very professionally diagnosed my problem, quoted the repair, and replaced the necessary parts. I was very pleased with Chris, Codey, and the pricing. I also received a 3 year warranty on the repair. I would absolutely use NEFCO ELECTRIC again, and highly recommend them for electrical needs!

I have said it before and I will continue to repeat it…NEFCO is hands down the best electrician company that I have ever met. Their entire team are complete professionals that take pride in the work, listen to the customers and communicate continuously with every project!

Regardless of which tech is assigned to our projects, each and every one of them are friendly, courteous and professional. My wife and I are always impressed with the respect they show us, our home, and our needs for each individual project. They never try to push their own agenda on us and they work with what our plan is. If something is not feasible, we trust their opinion 100% and move forward with their suggestions and recommendations.

The best compliment they could get was when the city electrical inspector took time to comment on how well everything was installed and how clean and precise all of the details were on our outdoor living space.
