Landscaping reviews in Wilder, Kentucky

Always professional and have done a fantastic job

Davis Landscaping is great when it comes to communication. They are efficient, on time & do great work. Highly reccomend.

We were lucky enough to get a recommendation for Davis landscape. For our first inquiry, down to the final product, they were excellent. We were unclear exactly what we wanted however, with their guidance, we were able to implement a fantastic, hardscape along with landscaping & lighting. Their design and installation was smooth from the beginning to the end, and even better, they came in just under budget!! Our experience was great. Not only do I recommend them, but they will be my first call for all future landscape and design needs.

September 9, 2024, I contacted Davis Landscaping to setup a meeting with an estimator for a project I had in mind for our yard. We scheduled a meeting for the following morning. I got a text that morning from the estimator stating that he woke up sick and asked if we could reschedule. No problem. We rescheduled for September 16, 2024 at 4:30PM. He was a no show. I texted him and he said something came up and he was out of town and apologized for forgetting to contact me.

I decided to try meet one more time. The appointment was set for September 25, 2024 at 3:30PM. This time he showed up but seemed very disinterested in the yard project. He looked around but did not take any measurements of the yard. He seemed anxious to leave. When leaving he said that he and the owner Dave would come by soon to look it over and provide an estimate.

As of today, October 7, 2024 I have not heard from anyone from the company. It appears that they are not interested in providing an estimate.

So, three chances to provide an estimate and I never received one.

I do not recommend this company.

Absolutely thrilled with our most recent project done by Davis Landscaping!!! (We have been very pleased with all of the projects they have done for us over the years.). We had a very mature tree that was dead and had to be removed, creating an enormous crater that took up almost our entire yard. After working together to come up with a plan, Davis Landscaping perfectly executed those plans and the end result exceeded our expectations. The crater was filled, the complex root system was removed in places that it would interfere with grass, rock wall built, and landscaping plants and small trees installed. This was mostly completed in one day. The second day them came back to mulch and continual touch ups. I was shocked how efficiently this ran, since there was SOO much work and I live on a street that has a LOT of cars parked on it, which makes moving machinery a bit more challenging. They also had to take into account that our area is frequented by very hungry deer that love to eat landscaping. They created a plan that would work in terms of plant/tree selection. I worked directly with Nathan Davis in the planning process and he is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Cannot recommend them enough! The day that the work completed, I sent out several texts with the before and after pics to friends to tell them about what a great job they did. We have had numerous people passing by stop to compliment us on how nice it looks. So the verdict is unanimous….Davis Landscaping knocked it out of the park with this! Big thanks to Nathan Davis, Dave Davis, and their crew!
