The person who cleaned our windows was very diligent and thorough. We were very please with the window cleaning he performed. We are on the the third story of a condominium, so he had to clean some hard-to-reach windows from a tall ladder.

The technician from Braco was very professional and did an excellent job of cleaning my windows! I highly recommend Braco.

Unfortunately our experience was far from exceptional. The one gentleman was excellent to work with the other guy was agitated, impatient and had some anger issues. He constantly referred to our receptionist as a B**** and refused to sign a confidentiality agreement we require to have signed due to contractual obligations with clients. He was so belligerent we had to have our property manager escort them off premises as we had clients in the lobby who could overhear his profanity. I would not recommend this company just on the experience with this one employee. We have requested our property manager use another window cleaning company in the future.

EDIT: response to owner. These are facts not accusations. Myself and other employees that were around witnessed/heard your employee. As soon as this happened we contacted our property manager because your employee stated that your company didn't care what we had to say because the property manager was the one that hired your company to clean the windows. I will follow up with our property manager to make sure he contacted you.
