Could not fix my dishwasher after changing the pump and did not honor the guarantee on their work. Technicians they send you are not trained or certified with common brand like GE... and customer service does not answer during office hours. Stay away, they cost me a new dishwasher!

They are contracted through Lowe’s Service Advantage. AMA did a no call no show on my appointment. Lowe’s rescheduled it again. Then AMA called and said they don’t go to Mt Sterling on Wednesday’s (original appointment was on Wednesday as well) and they wanted to move it farther out. I told them it needed to be sooner because it was their mistake. AMA responded that I needed to find another company. Filed a complaint with Lowe’s about their behavior.

Rui immediately assessed the problem. Told me upfront the cost to fix. Explained what had most likely happened and what was happening as he fixed it step by step. It was exactly the problem and have used my washer already several times today! Working like a charm!

Honesty and dogged determination are what make A.M.A. Services stand head and shoulders above their competition. When my Jenn-Air stove failed two days before a house full of guest was to arrive, A.M.A. Services went far beyond what was expected to try and get the stove running again, spending a great deal of time diagnosing several concurrent issues. Unfortunately, due to a parts shortage, they weren't able to find the required parts anywhere locally.

When the necessary parts arrived, they arrived promptly, completing the job while being careful not to damage my cabinets and counter top.

Reasonable rates and quick service. Never have to wait long. What I like the most, is that when the technicians they send aren't sure about something they are honest and instead of taking your money they refer you to someone else that can help you.
