Air Handler replaced my furnace, installed AC, and rerouted a duct in my house. They did the job quickly and affordably, and their handiwork looks beautiful and functions well. They have also responded promptly to all my follow-up questions.

We own a condo near UK's Lexington campus and had some trouble with leaking refrigerant. Bruce, Air Handler's tech, helped with the initial repair, and then when it kept leaking, went above and beyond by investigating the entire cooling system, including the pipes in the wall that were not part of his/Air Handler's responsibility. He eventually traced the problem to a refrigerant pipe with a hole in it behind the wall that had been caused by vibration. To be clear: this WAS NOT Air Handler's fault or responsibility, but Bruce repaired the issue and did not charge us for all the extra work. Highly, highly recommended!

Zack was professional and informative, explaining the situation clearly without speaking poorly of the previous business, which we appreciated. He also informed us that our HVAC was still under warranty after being told by a previous company that it was not. Their pricing was very reasonable and fair. Thanks to Air Handlers, we were saved from another company trying to convince us to replace our entire unit. Highly recommend their services, it’s nice to have a local HVAC company we can trust!

Were the sparks family In Winchester an yesterday we had to call Bruce bc our heat wasn’t working. They come as soon as they could (same day) and I have never met better people! They made sure we had some type of heat before they left bc they have to come back!
