Quick response time. Great service without trying to upsell. Explained the problem clearly (user error.) Jason was even apologetic about having to charge me for the service call, which ended up in me realizing I am not smart and turned off a breaker I shouldn't have turned off. Very kind and informative.

Called two months ago to try to get someone to come out and give a quote to have four mini-splits installed, wanting to have it done before it started getting hot. I was told they were busy, but someone would call to set it up. I waited a few weeks before calling back to follow up- left a message, and nobody ever called back. Each time I call I get an answering service, and same as what happened just now, the lady interrupted me, to say she can take a message. I didn't even get to finish my first sentence. I was prepared to spend a great deal of money, but now that it is getting hot, I'll just take my business elsewhere.

Please do not fall victim of this business. We paid a lot of money for brand new ductwork to be installed in our home. After repeatedly contacting them to let them know we were still having problems with AC, they started ignoring calls, office lady would lie to hide the owner saying he’s not in the office if you would go into office. We were finally forced to hire someone else and this is the mess they found that Setpoint did. Please beware and use caution if hiring this business.

They were great when they installed a new unit for thousands. But since then it's like pulling teeth to get it serviced. No calls no shows they miss marking payments. I have been trying to get my heat unit serviced for 6 months or longer.
