we used simply greener for last year and they did the lawn care on time . They call a day early enough for us to keep gate open and after the treatment they lock the gate. our lawn was well taken care of by them and we are happy to recommend them to anybody who desires to keep their lawn healthy.

I canceled my month-to-month contract via the telephone when I was contacted to schedule service. I was asked if I wanted to cancel the one service or cancel the contract. I canceled the contract. Weeks later I arrived home and there was a sign in my yard which let me know that they had been there and performed service. I immediately called and left a voicemail message. The person who called me back the next day, said that he would discuss it with the owner. They continue to harass me for a payment for services they performed because they did not update the account correctly. There was a reason for my cancellation and their inadequate bookkeepin now has me being harassed about a payment. But, I guess that's one way to make some extra money off people.

This company has the most inept staff I have ever encountered, but with the poor customer service displayed by the owner, it makes sense. I received a call about my service and I advised the gentleman that I wanted to cancel, not the treatment but the service. A few weeks passed and I came home and there was a sign in my yard and an invoice on the door. I immediately called. I was told that the owner would call me back. After a couple days, I received a call and his excuse was that they'd left a voicemail message the day before advising me to unlock the gate and put the dog away. NEITHER OF WHICH I DID BECAUSE I HAD NOT HEARD THE MESSAGE! They show up to my house and treat half my lawn and expect me to pay because the employee that I spoke to didn't properly note my account when I called to cancel. So, your incompetency is now my fault. Get your act together!

Just out for money! Customer service is rude at best!
Called to cancel service over 2 years ago since I sold the house and moved out of the county. Apparently that conversation was never noted in the account so service was continued and billed. When I received the bill at my new address, I called several times and spoke to several people explaining that the service should never have been done. After going round and round and playing cat and mouse for months I thought everything was sorted out and taken care of. WRONG!! I just received a bill from a collection agency, 2 years later!!! But wait, it gets better!! So I call simply greener to find out what the heck .. they claim that no notes are on my account!! None of canceling service, none of the dozen times I talked to them about a bill that should have never been billed, NOTHING!!! They claim the only reason they actually stopped service was for non-payment! What a joke of a company! BEWARE of this scam of a company!!

I contacted this company two times the first time they said they would come out on a Monday. I never heard back from them then in that same week I contacted them in the morning. They asked me to go outside and take pictures of my yard which I did then they said they would be here at 2 o’clock however it’s two hours now, almost 4 o’clock now and they have not only not shown up I’ve texted multiple times and no reply. I based my workday around being here and available and not only is that unprofessional. It’s just rude to not even reply at all.

PALMER BROTHERS HAVE BEEN CUTTING MY GRASS FOR ABOUT 4 YEARS NOW AND IM VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. ANDRE IS VERY PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL MY GRASS WAS ALWAYS DYING AND TREES ALWAYS NEEDED TO BE TRIMMED BUT WITH HIS SERVICE EVERY 2 WEEKS THEY KEEP IT WELL MAINTAINED AND GROWING.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDS PALMER BROTHERS

Andre replace sod with the same type that I wanted him to remove. He knows nothing about lawn. He said all grass has black soil.I will never recommend him. I have a sprinkler system. He wanted to change it for $200 - 3p

I have had Palmer Brothers working on my lawn for a couple of years now. They have not only done a very professional job but they are always on time and come when they are scheduled to do so. I would highly recommend their services

I met Andre 5 years ago when I was moving in from another city. I was just there to drop of things and return to Orlando. The grass in the swell was about a foot high. Andre was working on the yard across the street. I walked over and introduced my self. I asked if he would mow the swell. He said sure. I paid him and left trusting he would take care of it. The rest is history. Andre is my guy. He does a great job. His crew is also very courteous.

I always wanted a Good and reliant Lawn Maintenance company and was always so Impressed By My Friends Lawn and landscaping always groomed, Clean and Neatly kept I asked for her service provider and she gave me the Number to Palmer Bros . That was 4 years ago and to This very day they come by every two Weeks and Makes sure my grass is Cut and taken care of No dead grass nor weeds My trees and Hedges are kept groom and Trimmed And I have no worries when it comes to my landscape best Choice I made hands Down . The crew is very impressive and works extremely hard I never had a complaint ! Nothing is left undone . Thanks for Servicing me !

I’ve been a client of Palmer Bros for almost 2 years now.. I found them on google looking for lawn service and ran across them. I called and he came right out SAME DAY. My old lawn man never kept me on schedule with Palmer bros he kept me in rotation & very professional. Just the weekend they came and re did my yard with spring flowers & I LOVE IT.. I can see a major difference with the grass and how it is growing. They even went out the way to go get the flowers for me as well as sprinklers(in the past). I have no complaints. If your looking for someone to not miss a week & keep you on schedule call them I use to hate my yard now I love it Thanks to Palmer Bros

I have been using their services for a little over 2 years and I am pleased with the quality. My grass was in terrible shape prior to hiring the Palmer Brother’s... you should see my grass now!!!!! I am extremely satisfied, and I love the fact that my property is on a set schedule with them; very professional, always on time. Their work speaks for itself. Most importantly even after 2 years they are still responsive as if it’s their first time.
