The trade-off of good prices for mediocre to poor customer service

I went with my daughter and she found everything she wanted. Very satisfied.

Staff not very helpful. Prices a little higher than Lowes.

Lots of beautiful succulents, and other plants. The rosemary plants smell and look great! Friendly, courteous and helpful staff.

Good store. Helpful employees. Not much happy about the gardening department. Prices of the plants and some of the gardening supplies are not marked properly and quite confusing.

Been sitting waiting for 30min for them to come with a forklift to bring a pallet down from above. And looking at the concrete aisle they have been slacking on keeping up with product. Looks like they need to hire more people. I went in at 3:55pm and came out at 4:50pm. If you don't need any help you can get in and out, but getting something pulled down fr I'm higher racks, go grab a chair in the garden center and start playing your favorite app.

I'm so thrilled at how helpful the sales associates were last weekend. The man in the paint department was friendly and answered all my questions, even the silly ones and appeared happy for me to take so much of his time. In the garden area, they also were nice and with their help, maybe my brown thumb will turn green this spring!
