I have always had a positive experience here. Staff is helpful, the app works in the store, well laid out. Big shout out to all of the staff that help new home owners like me make DIY even easier!

It has bad service they take a long time to attend to you I also have bad experience with a refrigerator that I bought new and it doesn't work they didn't want to change it that I had to talk to the company to fix it I already have 2 months and they still don't solve anything 😱🤬🤬🤬

Customer service & automotive is horrible! Since automotive wasn’t part of the selection menu, I had to talk to the customer service. I simply asked if they still carry snow chains? It’s a yes or no answer. She didn’t know & she transferred me. So I waited & waited hearing the ringing on my side for 3-5 minutes. Since automotive didn’t pick up, it went back to customer service. This happened 2 more times until they picked up. Imagine waiting & hearing the ringing for a total of 15 minutes for them to pick up just for a yes or no answer. Absolutely ridiculous!! Since I first spoke to customer service asking if they carry snow chains, they should’ve asked automotive & inquire for me or see if they carry it in their computer system or radio them for an answer instead of simply transferring me. I mean, that’s how customer service works!! Not just pass the bucket to another employee & then pick their noses.

I'm 50 and me and my elderly mother had to load cement bricks ourself since no staff would help us. Then I had to climb up a shelf and get wooden board, which was pretty dangerous if I say so myself, and I was sure someone who worked there would offer to help. The only one who really helped us was the cashier guy. We even lugged the cement blocks outside and loaded them while staff members passed us by. We'll be going to Jerry's from now on for sure. The Jerry's staff asked us if we needed help 5 times while in the store.....js ..

I was at the Greenacres Home Depot just after 5:30pm on Friday. I wanted to purchase 8 bags of compost and a fence cleaning agent. The garden center gates were closed so I found a cart on the lot and proceeded load them myself as they were stored outside also. After loading, a pushed the cart inside and found the cleaning agent unpriced inside the store. I went to the opposite end of the store to check out. The last register was the only one manned with a staff member working. There were six people in line, and I asked if another cashier could be brought forward. I was told the self check cashier was open and I did notice that there were three staff members talking in that area. My items were large and it is obvious to me that the five people in front of me did not want to use the self check either. Your business model is broken if you have staff standing while customers are waiting to check out. I decided to leave rather than wait or lift my heavy bags through the self check area. I went across the street to the Walmart where a clerk offered to load and unload my heavy items after I was checked through quickly.....and it was a dollar per bag cheaper for the same product ...Walmart service is better...Who would have thought ...

Always have current plants and flowers for the season. Great prices and helpful employees!

It is a typical Home Depot. Plant selection was pretty decent, but some things like terracotta pots were out of stock or broken to bits. Employee helpfulness is really hit and miss. This seems to be a reoccurring theme with Home Depots everywhere. Cashiers have always been awesome and on top of things. Floor personal leaves a lot to be desired. Prices are fair and they normally have decent clearance products.

To complete the final phase in a DIY project my friend was doing, I was at the Home Depot to pick up 24 large pavers & some other miscellaneous landscaping items. We were able to locate the items in the Garden Center & after paying, we asked the associate, Jesse to call for some help in which he graciously did along with granting me my military discount even though I couldn't recall the phone number associated with it. Within just a minute or two, an employee arrived to assist us loading. All in all, it was an uneventful trip that went very smoothly thanks to Jesse. Home Depot at Green Acres Road is a recommendable business that has always been a go-to for me when I'm I'm the area.
