Didn’t think a plant store would ruin my mood so much. Had to be one the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The indoor employee was rude and couldn’t bother to show us options of a plant we wanted. Horrible and don’t plan on going back. Not worth it.

Definitely recommend if you are looking for new plants our want to ask questions to employees who know what they are doing. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. Shout out Mike!

The staff was helpful and informative. I was able to get every plant on my list.

I could spend hours in here just walking thru aisles of plants!

Noel was a gem - after an hour of wandering around trying to understand what to choose in plants, soil, food etc - I was tired of figuring it out myself and trying to get help. He showed up as I ready ready to leave and helped explain everything I had selected and made me feel much more confident about leaving with my choices. Thank you!!

Excellent variety and condition of plants. checkout easy. Got a discount just ask for the seniors. Had to search a little bit for help but was provided with excellent information

Great variety of foliage. Lots of sales. Friendly and helpful staff. Strawberries eggplant and artichokes is what I left with my first visit

Been here for over an hour trying to pick out plants - not a single person working here offered any help. Went to the counter to ask about a particular item and the person answered my question but was very short and seemed cranky (Gina?). I didn’t want to push further. Figured at that point I’d go elsewhere for the same plants & get actual service. A bit disappointed. Hoped in coming to an actual place like Armstrong, I could hope for a little friendly help. No such luck. Also much more selection of plants and very few pots to choose from.

Went today for our first time! We were looking for some indoor plants to make our space kind of junglesque! James helped us and he was amazing, honestly we probably ended up buying more than we originally thought because he was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! Had lots of patience with us asking questions and being there with our kid and large dog! Oh and all the plants there look so well loved! Will be going back!!

We took advantage of an offer by Armstrong Garden Ctr on Friars Road to pay $500 for a garden design and have it applied to the cost of plants if accepted. Samantha Sinowitz was our landscape designer and we loved her design; she recommend Dave Martin for the installation while she oversaw plant placement. We LOVE the design Samantha put together for our no grass, seven flower beds layout. We get so many compliments on the yard and we love being outside to enjoy the view. Samantha and Dave are TOP OF THE LINE at their jobs:)

Today I needed help with purchasing cascading trailing flowers for my window flower box and James greeted me as soon as I walked in. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the flowers and plants and asked me qualifying questions to provide me with the best product that fit exactly what I had envisioned. I highly recommend James if you need any kind of help especially if you are new to this like I am. Thank you James 🙌

Loved this little nursery. They have tons of plants and for an affordable price too. I got this all bonsai for $32. Usually, wherever I go, these start at like $50. It's so cute and the pot is beautiful.

There's a large array of houseplants, patio plants, flowers, and small trees too. There are pretty wind chimes and other decorations as well.

I will definitely go back in the near future for some wall plants and perhaps even a little tree for my patio.

My boyfriend and I visited on a Saturday afternoon with the idea of planting a flower bed. Andrew was SO HELPFUL. Truly talented and knowledgeable. He helped us put together a beautiful array of flowers that coordinate well and have visual interest. I learned a lot and honestly bought more than I had planned. Thanks Andrew!

Elizabeth was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable on gardening and pest control. She was very professional and took her time to make sure I had exactly the right pest control solution for my garden and that I knew what I was doing. It was very refreshing to come across her. In an age of infuriating self checkouts and a general death in customer service it was great to go somewhere and have a real and helpful person.

I love this nursery. I’ve been going here for 17 years. They still have many of the same staff members from a decade ago. Everyone is sweet, down-to-earth and knowledgeable.

Huge shoutout to all the folks at Armstrong! My wife and I recently got married and ordered all of our centerpieces through the garden center. The team at Armstrong worked with us to accumulate 12 Boston Ferns and 10 Creeping Figs in a matter of weeks, and were very diligent to communicate with us every step of the way. We got so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the plants were and how nicely they brought together the space. Thanks Armstrong team!
