If I could leave a zero stars, I would. A simple shopping visit to help my college student for basic hygiene and a few things for a room. The number of locked cabinets, lack of staff, and indifferent staff laughing with each other but not actually helping customers. And help buttons that either don't have working batteries or staff just ignore them. This was my worst shopping experience at any Walmart, hands down. The security measures put in place and apathetic staff make it impossible to shop here. Do yourself a favor and go to a different store and company. Never visit this store if you value your time and how you should be treated.

They need to put security in their parking lots as they are stealing their customers' cars the home depot parking area is very unsafe

Great staff members. They always offer to help load your car or do what they can to help.

Helpful advice at the register, but the employees are not overly eager to help unless you hunt one down for a particular department.

Your garden staff is worthless. I was searching for simple cactus soil you have a large selection of pallets of soil along the entire back wall of the garden section, great. After looking around for a few I decided to ask where I could find some. i got a response of "i don't know our soil is along the back wall" thank you caption obvious.

Larey in the paint department is phenomenal. Very helpful and informative. I am starting my first project and I had a lot of concerns and he helped alleviate a lot of them.

This is a high volume store. Expect the parking lot to be packed and day laborers to bug you if you're in a work truck. Do not expect any competent help from the staff. I couldn't get any help from the garden center staff as they'd turn and practically run away at the first sign that it looked like I was about to bother them. Finally just dropped the stuff I was going to buy and left. A lousy location that should have a Wal-Mart sign out front because of the terrible service.

2017 Update -- Store has replaced most cashiers with self checkout. Getting out of this place is now as slow as getting out of a Walmart.

Same ole home depot no matter where you go. Just depends on employees if they're helpful or not. If you're looking for bulk planters, I suggest ordering ahead of time or from online. Pretty busy midday on a tuesday.

Still half way decent prices but poorer selections. Same price for smaller box of stuff. More and more has to be ordered online. Trying to force us to self check out..half the staff does not speak English. Home depot going down hill.
