The staff in the garden center were very helpful, courteous and great people skills. I highly recommend this Lowe's Garden Center by Trans Mountain.

I'm happy to say they are enforcing masks and social distancing and still extremely helpful. 3/11/22 New fellow named RuCarl in thegarden department is a wonderful young man and very helpful

Came for 1 plant and a few seeds to teach my little one about the Process of growing vs already planted. Well there's so many beautiful flowers couldn't help ourselves

I personally do not like to use my debit # and prefer to run my purchases through the credit option. I have dealt with this problem everytime I purchase anything here at Lowes, my other option is to continue going Home Depot...

Great store, great location, love the fresh plants and vegetables. Well stocked hardware section for those special screws and bolts, and hard to find items.

They have no one there that really knows anything about vegetation or plants without looking it up on their phone or reading it off of a label it's amazing. Forget about asking for a specific plant they don't have a clue what you're talkin about when you give them the plant name and variety. I thought Lowe's hired experts in their field for different departments. Obviously they got shortchanged and whoever they feel is their expert in their Garden Center on Woodrow Bean in northeast El Paso.

Transmountain Lowes is always great to go to here in the Northeast. Best plants, great prices and excellent customer service. Thank you Lowes Employees for working in the heat and during the pndemic...I will pray for all of the employees at the Transmountain Lowes

Cashier's and floor employees rude, no customer service what so ever, I know I looked lost and the employees never once asked if I needed help, cashier didn't say one word was on phone during ring out. I wish there was a Home Depot close, but were forced in the northeast to shop at Lowes.

More expensive than Home Depot and Walmart. Many items do not have prices and need to be asking for help. They need to have at least a customer service employee per section and stay in that area. I have to be looking for one always.

This Lowes on Transmountain is my least favorite. We love to garden and the garden center here is pathetic. The plants look unhealthy and are usually very dry. Clearance plants are dead plants. We will drive to the far east or westside for our needs.

We just bought 21 one gallon plants. Six were ice plants of which three were yellow and three white. The remaining 15 were purslane: eight yellow and seven red. Ice plants were one price and purslane was another. I don't understand why they have to scan each price individually instead of in groups taking so much longer! We took care in selecting purslane for hanging baskets that had long branches. But the attendant ended up breaking many. I tried helping her scan but was told they have to scan every item individually. So much for taking time selecting your plants.

Waited about 45 minutes to someone helping us out to get an air conditioner.
I give a shout up to Bobbie from lowe's cause he helps us out. He was very knowledgeable and very awesome

I would of given it a 5 star but only 2 registers at garden center and 1 only took credit cards no cash. Don't understand the logic in doing that. Think I waited longer to check out than to get what I went for because of the long line. They were busy, but I'll think twice before I go again.

Was able to find everything I needed pretty good place. It's really hot though and hard to breathe in there when wearing a mask at the garden area otherwise it's a pretty good store with plenty of plants thriving and a huge variety not so many pots though.

I cannot say enough about how pleasant it was to be helped and assisted by Frenchie. She was a breath of fresh air, compared to what the continued normal poor customer service this location provides. She was extremely helpful and very friendly. After helping me, she asked if there was anything more she could assist me with. Frenchie, certainly is very deserving of commendation and recognition of great customer service. Job well done.

Have normally found Lowes garden center, at this time of year, to have pretty healthy looking plants. But Sunday afternoon, overall, was rather sad, with many dry and wilted items and a lot but limited selection.

They have a good size inventory of Christmas trees currently in stock. Saw price ranges of about $60 to $80 for live trees.

They're in the garden section and you'll choose your tree, take it to the gentleman next to the garden center cash register so he can cut the bottom of the tree and net it for transport. He'll give you your barcode from the tree and while he's prepping it, you'll go to the register to pay and pick it up when you're done.

Tree stands are available next to the tree prep area.

Very helpful staff. She didn't know about the item I was asking about so she called down someone else who did and viola! I got what I was looking for! And at a good price! Yay!
