To call this a plant nursery feels underwhelming to what it truly is: it’s a haven, a sanctuary, and an incredibly intelligently and cared for ecosystem and habitat for any plant enthusiast. Kate has collected the most beautiful and unique perennials and succulents here and shares them with the world with her expert knowledge and care which only demonstrates her clear passion and generosity for the preservation of so much more than just nature, but living history as well. I was already in love but on each sign labeling the plant there can be found stories of where each plant came from, a maidenhair fern from Plainfield VT that’s been since propagated and the plant you are ultimately also receiving to plant at your home, a red currant that also came from an old local homestead. Her commitment to quality is shown as well in the abundance of these happy plants and I so look forward to hopefully caring for the plants she dug from the ground for us to take home as well as she has. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Driveway Masters to the rescue! Doug and Ryan installed a new driveway to my art studio just days before a major open house event. What impressed me most was the thought and care they put into the project. They carefully graded everything for proper drainage, considered winter plowing needs, and created a driveway that is not only functional but genuinely beautiful.

It’s rare to find contractors who pay equal attention to practicality and aesthetics. Highly recommend!

Amazing service

Ryan and his team have helped turn my house into a home...a true oasis in the trees. They artfully transformed a blank outdoor area into an incredible entertaining space; complete with sitting walls, incredible local stone patio, fire pits, outdoor kitchen, stone pathways and staircases, and gorgeous landscaping. They've also helped to create drainage for my motorcourt and fixed the stone work on my chimney, in addition to regular mowing in the summer and plowing in the winter.

I feel incredibly lucky to have come across Crossroads and cannot say enough about the quality of their work and the patience and kindness with which they do it.

Last year I was in need of lawn service after the previously arranged company had to withdraw. New View picked up the slack and did a great job! I’ll be using them again this season.

My husband and I highly recommend JJ’s Landscaping! Justin and his team were wonderful and so easy to work with. Our backyard was in DESPERATE need and Justin walked us through what we needed, why we weren’t getting results before, and how they would fix it. He and his team also did some front garden bed landscaping for us, spot seeded many other problem spots and overall set us up for a beautiful lawn. He’s knowledgeable, honest and reasonably priced too! We absolutely say you should support this great local company!

Called to let him know his trailer’s hitch was sticking out in the road and to maybe put a flag on it since people were swerving around it and he decided to cuss me up and down and act like a child.

10/10 would not recommend. Clearly this “business owner” is not stable enough to handle a simple phone call without flying off the rails.

Justin and his team were great. I had a free quote on Monday and they were able to take care of the project that same week. I had a terribly overgrown area in my yard, in a few hours it looked amazing. My dog was very pleased to have his yard back. The guys were professional, the quote was reasonable. Highly recommended. Justin and his team were excellent! We had several very tall trees removed from our property. They started the job almost immediately. We originally planned to take down two trees. He and his team readily made accommodations to remove three more, adjusting their schedule to finish up the next day. They were friendly, quick, reasonably priced and very professional! They cleaned up beautifully when finished. We plan to hire them for more services in the future!

JJ’s Landscaping came on Tuesday to clean up my yard and do a whole bunch of other stuff for me. My yard hasn’t been touched in years and There was a lot of work to do. By the end of the day it looked better than it has ever looked before. Justin is so responsive to my requests as to what I want done in my yard and priced very reasonably he’s very easy to get a hold of and responds my calls very quickly. Amazing, amazing, amazing. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I had to in this case. JJ’s Landscaping really impressed me. They showed up on time, communicated clearly every step of the way, and did high-quality work that turned out even better than I expected.

What really stood out was their honesty. They were upfront, never pushy, and just really easy to work with. It’s not every day you find a company that follows through like that.

If you’re looking for a landscaping team that’s reliable, skilled, and genuinely cares about doing a great job, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Reached out to JJ Landscaping to inquire about sanding/salting a driveway. Received a timely response that was professional and courteous. Clear communication about cost and timing. No surprises - arrived at stated timeframe and got the job done. If you are in their service area definitely give them a call.

I was really disappointed with JJ’s Landscaping. Justin and his team were easy to talk to at first, but the results just weren’t there. Our backyard was in desperate need of work, and while Justin explained what was supposedly wrong and what they would do to fix it, we didn’t see the improvement we were promised. The front garden bed landscaping felt rushed, the spot seeding didn’t take in many areas, and overall our lawn still looks patchy and unfinished. For the price we paid, we expected much better results. Unfortunately, it didn’t feel like a good value, and we wouldn’t recommend them based on our experience.
