Randall Landscaping contracted to remove snow at a community of 51 homes in NH for the 2025-26 season. The removal included , plowing streets, driveways, shoveling entrances and access to Propane storage . I was very pleased , as well as the residents , with the professional removal done by Randall Lanscaping including the workers in all phases of the work. I would highly recommend any community to hire this company to perform the snow removal. The workers were also professional and pleasant in performing all facets of the snow removal process.

My previous plow guy has been non-responsive to repeated messaging asking if he was still plowing this year and a no-show for this Dec 2 storm. Don’t bother contacting them they don’t return phone calls. The first time I called, I was told somebody would call me back within 48 hours….nobody ever did. The second time I called, I got the answering service. She took all my information and told me somebody would call me within 48 hours and once again nobody ever did. That was over two weeks ago.

You crew that services the fairways are horrible the building we live at has only been cut once since the spring and we witnessed 3 of the guy smoking pot behind our building seriously bringing back north point

With this situation being completely accidental we have, to the best of our abilities done everything possible to remedy the situation in a professional timely manner. Within a day of the accident occurring (broken glass door), we had reached out to you personally, the Glass company for the repair, and to the residential Property Manager as well.

We have also sent two crew members to clean up the remaining glass remnants along with tarping up doorway for safety.

We would request is more patience and professional from you end.

We have used Accurate many times over the years and also sat with them a few times about putting in a large pool and everything that goes with it but it a took a few years for u to pull the trigger! We finally pulled the trigger as they said and had accurate do our fencing, patio( very large patio), landscape lighting( everyone needs to do this with a new project), complete planting beds with over 200 new trees and plants installed, river rock , pool and the whole nine yards! We are very happy with them and it was great to have one company do everything from clearing our trees and land, to pulling permits, installing and everything. Also what is nice is i am a guy who needs to know what is happening and not happening and the owner Preston and his crew are on top of that and you do feel informed no matter what is happening and so forth. I also get home late and Preston was always available to speak after hours if i needed him. We spent well into the 100k with pool and everything and wouldn't pick another company after all said and done. it was nice to have one company for everything and them handling everything so there was no passing blame!!! They just got it done

I live at the fairways and the property contracts Accurate for landscaping and it's been absolutely awful. Our grass has not been cut in 3 weeks. The crew will come in the morning around 8 or 9 but sit around in their trucks for a few hours and then only mow 2 of the buildings lawns. Today they came and only weed wacked around the patios and stumps, but once again, did not mow the grass. There are spots where the grass is almost 10 inches. The property management use to have Northpoint and they were way better. I really think Accurate must not be staffed enough to handle the work load for the Fairways. There are only ever 4 guys and they barely work. They have been here twice this week and still most of the property is not mowed. Not to mention they don't blow the grass trimmings off the walkway or patios since they don't have mowers with bags. It's such a mess. Extremely unfortunate

I hand planted the grass seed around the patio and foundation. Watered it three times a day for weeks to get it to grow in nice and plush only to have it destroyed in 5 minutes by the Accurate Landscaping weed eater guy. These are professionals who get paid to do this. A little effort and commonsense would be nice.

Ask anybody in the fairways in derry nh how these guys are doing. Absolutely awful. They don't use bags & blow grass ALL over people's windows & patios, cut grass completely uneven & can't be bothered to get off a mower & pick up a cardboard box. Instead they drove right over it shredding it all over. Worst landscaping company ever.

I’ve been using Leaf Cutters for a couple years now for spring and fall cleanup. Lee does an outstanding job and is always professional and timely with his communication. My yard looks excellent when he’s finished. Highly recommended! Thank you!
