The work in my back yard area was done quickly and they did exactly what i asked for

Ground Xperts took care of a scary sinkhole in my side yard. They even took care of a few other spots that were starting to form. They covered it with seed and straw and everything looks so neat and tidy. They took care of a big worry that I had and I sure do appreciate them. I would recommend them any day!

Jeremy and his wonderful team gave us the backyard we never thought was possible! He, along with his designer and employees are true visionaries. To the design and fast, yet perfect installation, with some added last minute additions to our front flower bed, I would recommend to Ground Xperts for all of your landscaping needs!

This was our first time using Ground Xperts, but I can assure you it will not be the last. Not only were they timely with their work and installation, but the process was one that makes it feel like more than a job, it's something that they genuinely care about.

When they first completed the job, I was very dissatisfied with how the front flower bed turned out. The owner called me and spoke with me in detail on how we could fix it. David came out and provided education and discussed how to make it look satisfactory. The crew came back out and made the changes and I couldn’t be happier with it. I appreciate their patience with us, as we had been burned by several contractors in the past. Ground Xperts really went out of their way to make sure that didn’t happen to us again. We appreciate y’all!

Working with Shelby and Jermey has been a great process they really take their time with their clients, and also make sure the job gets done RIGHT.

Well, first I was charged double of what everyone around me paid. They did more damage than good. And the owners son is who did my yard. He drove the Skid Steer like he was at Atlanta Motor Speedway. He assured me any damage they did they would fix. It was a lie! And I guess the owner calling me apologizing for his son saying that isn't the work they do was enough in his eyes to make it ok. They said they could fix it but it will take a while and a lot more money! I'm in a wheelchair and live alone! The original 7k to just finish the sod in my back yard was all I could spend! But these pictures will show what they did and how they consider it fixed. And oh, I waited for almost 3 months until they decided I was important enough to come and do my yard! Now it needs so much more work! And should be looking good! So their fix was to just put sod in the track marks with no prep to the soil. It has all died as you can see in the pictures. I asked why they didn't put a tarp down, or put the dirt in the street? And why they didn't put down plywood to ride over? If that had been done, no damage would've happened! But David the project manager assured me it would be OK and any damage would be fixed! Another lie, they said the owner fired his son so that made it ok as to what happened to my yard!!! I guess my little yard wasn't good enough to send a capable crew out!!

I extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. They were very prompt at coming out and giving me a quote. Once I paid the deposit that is when they stopped communicating. They said they would come out to do the job, gave me a date and time and never showed, did not even let me know they were not coming or reschedule. I reached out to let them know it wouldn’t hurt to let people know they are behind and need to reschedule due to the rain. It’s not hard. This happened maybe twice. Then I got a phone call..Good news you are the next job and we will be out X date. And again NO show no phone call. I had to reach out again…then a day later they showed. They broke 2 windows on my shed. They told me they would fix it with plexiglass…they did not even take out the old glass. Just put the plexiglass over the broken glass. When I reached out on Wednesday or Thursday of last week to let them know how bad it looked they said they would be out to fix it….they have yet to show. I was also told I would get care instructions and warranty information and guess what…nothing. Only positive is I have grass now.

Ground EXperts were fantastic. David helped plan our patio design. The guys who created it were amazing. I have never seen such hard work on a project like ours.
Paula in the office was also fantastic. She always answered her phone and kept me informed of what was happened. Love Ground EXperts.

Ground Xperts is a company that cares about their customers needs from, schedules
to Fur Babies ,they are very adaptable to your situation and very reliable for your lawn service needs !! I would recommend them to anyone !! They do a great job and I have No complaints !!!

This Home Depot is never crowded and people here are actually helpful.

We had fun shopping here. Picked out our plants and black mulch to do up our flower beds. $200 bucks, we were happy. Even went back to buy more mulch since it was on sale.

I love this place and I love the people Eddy on the front end is wonderful as is all the super professional women at the pro desk

So far , so good. Would have preferred being able to ship this to my post office box number.

Clean & organized. EZ self checkout. Don't get the purpose of "Greeters" when they just lean on carts and scowl at the floor?

Does not exist. Only a few plants in front and near the customer service. They change constantly and have silly plants that no one would want

There is no garden center. Just a couple aisles of garden supplies but no actual flowers and plants for sale
