They never finished the job. It cost us $1849 for their guys to be there from 8 AM to 1 PM and they left all the leaves that were in my bushes at the end of my lawn on our side not raped. it looks like heck. When I emailed him, he said he didn’t know that I wanted that well. I certainly didn’t wanna leave leaves stuck into my bushes right at the end of my front lawn so if you’re doing the lawn finish, the job haven’t heard back and he never came back and unfortunately, I paid him. I will never use them again. And I would recommend everyone else do not go near this guy poor poor performance

I had an excellent experience with this landscaping company. They were professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted for my yard and offered helpful suggestions without being pushy. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and paid attention to every detail—from trimming and edging to cleanup afterward. My yard has never looked better, and you can tell they take real pride in their work. The pricing was fair, the communication was great, and the results were even better than I expected. I highly recommend them to anyone!!

Jordan and his crew have come to our new home in Auburn NH several times for some services including multiple weed removal, lawn repair, fertilizing and recently even some landscaping. Jordan and his workers are all very professional and polite. They were able to help us out with our vision, and they all helped out with positive feedback. I would say they are the best lawn company in Southern NH without a doubt ! These guys are a joy to work with, we love all the work done with them, our new home is now renovated and feels refreshed outside . We will 100% continue to use them in the future with outside work. I can’t be any happier to have hired A&J. Jordan arrived for the consultation on time and presented us with a couple of options. They were quick on getting us a very reasonable quote. Nelly was great to work with and was always super friendly on the phone. No matter how big or how small the question was she was always friendly.

For the job, the crew was super efficient and worked quickly. The yard looks great and I really think they went above and beyond. If anyone is looking for a lawn care service A&J should be your first and only phone call.

I had A&J help me with snow removal this winter season and they have done such an amazing job. Their crew cleared out my driveway as well as my walkway which made it super safe and easy for me to access my car and leave for work. They were really nice to work with and fairly priced too. I will definitely be using them again!

This landscaping company is amazing they did a retaining wall for us it came out amazing.

We have Kevin come out and give us a quote to remove a significant amount of brush/vines/trees/leaves at our house. He was able to come out immediately, quoted on the spot, and showed up on time to complete the work. Throughout completing the work, Kevin and I realized there were some fallen trees under the brush neither one of us noticed. Instead of raising the price, he stood by his quote and completed the work. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing any work done.

Had a plow emergency, he came to the rescue within an hour of the call. Plow job was done well and tidy also, no loose snow on the driveway. I recommend giving him a call.

This is a disappointing review to write because I liked the owner, Mr. Wilder. I contracted with Homeland a few years ago now to do some planting but mostly to put new grass in the yard which entailed removing and replacing a garden fence. The planting and fence were done well. The yard however is another matter. After sodding and seeding I followed watering instructions. The grass came in spotty at best and bare in many areas. I addressed my concerns and over the two years Mr. Wilder or his son came by to look at the yard and promised a response. The second time it was a draught which was inappropriate for action. This year Mr. Wilder returned, acknowledging the poor grass and pledged a re-doing of the yard. Later in the summer when Mr. Wilder had not returned I left messages on his home and cell phone and a message with his wife. When there was no response I wrote him a letter asking either for action or a partial refund. He has not contacted me.
So whether it was poor quality seed or sod or workmanship, I do not know. But certainly deficient in customer service and relations.

Alex and Rusty did an excellent job installing a patio! Only took a few days but the work done was quality, not rushed. Very pleased and highly recommend! Mike stopped by for initial quote less than 24 hours after being contacted. Looking forward to using it all summer!

They have done a nice job setting up shop! There is so much more out back there than you'd expect! The Christmas trees were a bit expensive at $75 for a 6 footer, but many places had already sold out. The gift shop is a bit sparse, but they are still setting up and the stock they has was nice. You can see the great potential there.

Recently got a Christmas tree here and I really appreciate the great people and tree selection. There are other places that sell trees, but they don't really compare in quality (literally not one bad tree to choose from) and buying local somehow makes it better. Plus, there's a nice shop with local gifts. This (in my opinion) is the best place to go in the area for a tree.

We got our Christmas tree here the last two years. Exceptional service. This last year we had the pleasure of meeting the store/general manager. She is absolutely the sweetest woman ever! The store always looks amazing, I love popping in to grab little gifts , NH made soap and sodas.

Green thumb installed an irrigation system for me a few years back. GT gave us a three year warranty provided that we use them to blow out the system at the end of the year and open it up at the beginning of the year. When opening the system, they claim to check and adjust all heads. Which they clearly don’t thoroughly check. Many heads became recessed into the lawn and were never fixed or adjusted on their opening service. Called to have them return and still left heads recessed below the grass. When called for the recessed heads, their service tech shows up and kicks the dirt down around the head digging a hole with his boots! Every year, same story. Always had to call them back and request another adjustment. Built a shed in the yard last year, they left with one head spraying directly at the shed. Finally my 3 year warranty is up and went to have the system blown out. Come to find out, they never installed the proper hose bib sillcock after the back flow preventer. The manufacturer specifies to install the hose bib sillcock after the back flow device so you don’t have to blow air through it. I emailed GT about this and it took 10 days for them to respond to my question and admitted to blowing through it after first denying it. I requested to have Adam contact me, but never heard a thing. Green Thumb has a lot to learn about customer service and the proper installation and maintenance of irrigation systems. I do not recommend their services.

I highly recommend Green Thumb Landscaping. We met them at the New Hampshire home show and were impressed with their knowledge of plants and soil care, etc. so we hired them to do some work for us this spring. The crew arrived and started with a bit of spring cleanup, worked in the perennial bed replenishing the soil and planting some new flowers and also separating a few very difficult Zebra Grasses and repositioning them in the yard. They then removed all of the old mulch and landscape fabric from the borders around the back yard and front, put in new landscape fabric followed by new mulch and what a difference that makes. I'm so happy with the work that they did and their crew could not have been nicer. They arrived on time. We're very friendly and pleasant and we'll definitely ask them to come back again next spring. You won't be disappointed!!

Decided at the last minute last year before Christmas to get a tree and big wreath for our dealership, Rebecca hooked us up and even though because of the last minute and not having the size wreath I wanted she had one made up for us, I was extremely pleased and mentioned that I would be back the following year, well to my pleasant surprise I get a call a week ago from Rebecca and she said she had a 48” wreath put aside for us! So I naturally ran down and picked it up and a tree for this Christmas! Above and beyond customer service! Great quality trees and wreaths at great prices! We are customers for life!

Green Thumb did an absolutely amazing job on my yard! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. What really impressed me was their flexibility—there were a few extras I asked about last minute, and they were able to get them done without hesitation.

Since the install, my lawn has been transformed. The grass is so lush and thick that I actually have to cut it 2–3 times a week now (never thought I’d be laughing about having too much healthy grass 😂). It’s exactly the kind of problem I wanted to have!

We went to get a tree for Christmas. It was raining but the owner took the time to help us in the rain: unwrapping a tree to show us the full form then wrapping it back up and bringing it to our car. She then invited us for a free warm drink and cookies! Great service and a great place!!!!
