We had some replanting of part of our yard last Spring which was done perfectly. No harm to adjacent vegetation, they were very flexible to a
"adjustments" my wife made.
Recently asked for another estimate, he was right on time and most courteous, we had the report in just a couple of days.

Nick and his team have completed multiple projects at our home. Each project has been completed on time, to his quote and the results are fabulous! Best in Cape!

We bought new construction therefore had a "blank slate" with which to work. Nick and his crews did an outstanding job building a rock retaining wall, a patio and a couple of walkways, re-grading and loaming our property, planting gardens and hydro seeding our lawn. The crews specialize so we worked with three different groups. All three crews were friendly, helpful and professional. They arrived on time and worked constantly through the day, each crew completing the job when they said they would. You may be able to find someone cheaper, but you will not find anybody better than Tammaro. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Nick Tammaro and his team have, once again, done a fantastic job for me. When I contracted for work at my property in Cape Elizabeth, I expected that the work would be done thoroughly and professionally. But Nick's team always exceeds my expectations and this time was no different. We had never done a large outdoor project and met with Nick after meeting with another well known landscaping company. Nick walked us through how to handle our retaining wall and offered options to fit in our budget. The project began on schedule and his team was punctual, hard working, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to the absolute highest standards. Nick and the entire crew at Tammaro are just the best. I have an annual contract with them. Plowing, shoveling, mowing, spring and fall clean up, edging and mulching of the gardens. The team is always so helpful, friendly, willing to take any suggestions. They get here, they work very hard. I feel like some of them are “family.” Because of this group, I am able to stay in my house rather than a condo.

I would add that Tammato Landscping maintains the private roads in our neighborhood association. Plowing, sanding, mowing the sides of the roads, plows and grades our unpaved fire road, keeping it open for emergency vehicles. They do a great job.

Thanks to Nick and his wonderful crew, we now have a beautiful petanque court at our home in Cape Elizabeth. Petanque is a French game of boules, somewhat similar to Italian bocce, and is played on a gravel court. Nick was a joy to consult with and was a careful listener and I knew right away he could envision my dream and had the experience to make it a reality. The job started ahead of schedule. The crew assigned to the job was perfect! Jay and Clint were also good listeners and were careful to make certain the project would turn out exactly as I wanted. They brought years of experience to the job and worked like surgeons. The site needed trees removed and considerable excavation and leveling and countless loads of various aggregate. Jay and Clint were punctual and always left the job site orderly and neat. I was very appreciative of the care they took to get their heavy equipment through tight spaces without damaging our landscaping. They were methodical and thorough with every stage of the job, and I never got the impression that they wanted to rush and get on to the next job. Jay and Clint had one goal, which was to make sure the job turned out exactly as I wanted. I will highly recommend Nick Tammaro Landscaping to our friends and neighbors and will use them again for future projects. Thank you!

I do not know. They have not been able to give me an estimate yet. No big deal they seem to be busy and I have already given the job to someone else.

Very professional, upfront and friendly team members. Their all well trained in lawn care, snow removal not to mention educated. From the few team members/employees I spoke with, were able to take the 5 to 15 minutes to get to know me and most of all "Grasp the Idea" of what it is I wanted done to my yard, wether it be a simple, mow, weed whack and hedge clean up or even further, they employees were able to understand exactly to a 'TEE' with want you want, I personally guarantee you will not be unhappy with their results.

For Example only: If you wanted your hedges shapped into a dinosaur, they would have it done with no questions asked.

This company "Hodgdon Landscape an more" are awarded 5 stars in my assessment.

If I could add a sixth star I would, they diserve it.

Glen and his team exceeded our expectations. Amazing communication to ensure an exceptional outcome. Beautiful work. We couldn’t be happier.

We reached out to Glen early in the pandemic and were really interested in working with him, but didn't have a good idea of what we wanted to do. Fast forward a few years and we had a wood staircase rotting, a slopping pathway to get into our side entrance, and an unusable crushed stone patio. We reached out to Glen to start brainstorming how we could make the space usable, easy to maintain, and built to last. What him and his team came up with was exactly that, along with fixing many little problems we didn't realize we had along the way. We also tackled our most traveled pathway from our garage to our side door at the same time and really helped to make our side and back yard an enjoyable space to spend our time. I couldn't recommend Glen and his team more for those looking for stonework and landscaping in the mid coast. They are amazing individuals and exceptional craftsmen, we look forward to working with them on more projects in the future.
