1 hr wait on aisel 3 electrical . They called for help over the intercom 6 times nothing, I even called the store to speak to the manager twice to get help, nothing. I asked 5 employees to help, and all just called for electrical. 1 employee remembered me asking for help before her brake, and when she saw me still waiting said omg just wait a little longer walked away. Well, as u can tell, I really needed the wire. Finally, someone named Josh helped out from, I guess, flooring, who had no idea what he was doing, but he got the job done. The manager saw me there, didn't say anything, or even said sorry, just looked away. Well Thx u, Josh. Homedepot, you just lost yourself a customer.

Home Depot depends on customers finding the right product in a convenient, timely way. Most people know exactly where to find their products. But some of us aren't so sure. I was looking for a new product I had never used before and I was looking terribly lost. That is when I need help the most. Customer Experience Manager Joe Patin spotted my struggle to find the right bottle and went right to the product I had pictured on my phone. He went out of his way to help me and I appreciate that so much.

Hice una compra por primera vez que me hicieran entrega en mi casa, para no hacer la historia larga, compré un jamón que la libra me costaba $2.98 y me lo reemplazaron por uno que la libra cuesta $8.94, además del ají que me enviaron el más pequeño de la tienda, definitivamente tuve que ir para devolver los artículos y comprar nuevamente personalmente.

No garden center at all, just a regular Walmart with just a few plants in the middle of the store and a couple of supplies and pots

No outdoors garden center, just a few bags of potting soil, grass seed, and a couple of anemic plants inside a regular Wal-Mart

Ahhh.... no shopping carts in the store entrance AGAIN! Yet the parking lot is full of them and employees are just standing around near the entrance. I tried to speak to a manager in the store and later by phone but, "there is no manager available". Customer Service also did not pick up the phone. Very tired of carrying around my purchases in my arms. I wonder if it's time to just drive up the road to Target and Publix. Super customer service at both.

Purchased a Christmas tree yesterday but received no assistance from staff to tie it on top of my car. The excuse was "we don't want the liability ". I had to do it myself.

For me Presidents' Day is a gardening day. I needed to fix some patches of grass in the backyard so I went to home depot to check things out and see what my options where.

When I got to Home Depot, I entered the gardening section and I was drawn to this awesome little display that had three types of grass growing on it. It was a little flat tray thing that was separated by thin sheets of plywood. The three types of grass in the tray thing where:

I liked the way the Scott's Turf Builder EZ seed looked and felt so I grabbed some of that stuff for my little project.

I get into grass repair mode a few times a year. For me it is simple. I like to look out the window of my home office and see green grass that is well manicured. I have a good gardener that comes once a week to keep it looking nice and cut and I take on the task of keeping it green.

My current issue is that my neighbors tree trunk is coming over into my yard and disrupting my grass. It is literally growing right at dirt level. The solution that I came up with was to buy a bunch of top soil and dump it over the top of the tree trunk and then reseed over the top of it.

When you put the new seed down you need lots of good water and this little section of the backyard doesn't it so when I was at Home Depot I grabbed another sprinkler head and problem solved.

I have dogs so it is a constant battle to repair the damages that they leave in the grass. I got this little 1 foot high fence stuff and cordoned off the area that I reseeded. Today it has been a week since I made the repair and this is keeping the dogs out. Of course they are not pissing on the little fence thing that I put but but I put extra top soil down where the fence was installed so we will see:)

Went to go buy a $600.00 grill and instead of helping me as a customer the two guys just decided to do whatever they were doing while using fouls language. Will not be shopping here after waiting 30 minutes and asking two people for help and still not receiving help. Will just go to Lowe’s.
