Graf's hosted a Galentines day event we attended. The class we participated in was building a succulent bowl. Lisa was the instructor. She was pleasant, informative and personable. The event at the facility was fun! Look at the pictures and see how much thought went into the event.

I appreciate when the owner of a company makes sure that no matter what he is actively involved in keeping his customers happy. Great service and will bend over backwards falling on the sword if necessary.

Our lawn was put in late august, had the liquid sprayed seed to over 1.5 acres. Presently more weeds and spare spots!! Scattered areas of seed! Anyone want a recommendation drive by and look at 3613 windsong in Medina!Came out at one time and applied more seed, but very little difference. Sent numerous pictures!

Very honest Sincere hard working people and reliable. They did a very good job, I recommend this company to everyone and I will use them for my future planning .

We unfortunately have this company as our hoa's snow plower. If it were up to me.. they would have been fired a long time ago. They never come in a timely manner, damage property, don't fully do the job, skip sidewalks, etc. It's just blatant laziness. I truly hope enough people step up and say something to our hoa and we can get a different company. I would rather pay more for a reliable and thorough company to come and do our snow maintenance because the service provided and not provided by this company has just caused headaches and stress.

We needed a lot of drainage work done around our home in Olmsted Twp. Neo did an amazing job!! They also installed and mulched several flowerbeds and our home is looking beautiful and dry to boot! Thank you to Alvaro and his team!!!

I had some services done by them. They're prices for the main part are fair. Some services are overpriced. I would call multiple companies to check pricing If you don't know how much something would cost. Everyone gives free quotes so call around. They only have a few good workers,Half of them know what they are doing the other half not so much. Their mowing is subpar,mulching and installs are good,leaf cleanups are great,and plowing and fertilizing are top of the line.

Jimmy has been extremely responsive in our communication. He has taken the time to answer all of my questions before agreeing to topdress my yard with topsoil/compost. Their price was very reasonable. On the day of Jimmy and one of his crew showed up ready to work. It took them most of the day but they worked extremely hard and were very cordial. They even brought out extra material above and beyond what was expected to make sure the job was done right. I'll be looking at NEO for future landscaping jobs for sure.

These landscapers are terrible. They leave a mess every time they come to visit and now I have dents down the side of my truck that's parked in my drive and (hardly ever used) do to the projectiles flying off the lawn mowers and them not having guards to prevent this. They complain about things like a few pieces of dog poop in the yard and then claim they can't cut the 1 foot area because they don't want to run it over with their wheels smh the same wheels that are rolled all over the ground everywhere else. Save your self the head ache and have someone else do the lawn care buyer beware. Ps stop crying to the HOA they cannot do anything about it.

Alvaro and his team were true professionals. From beginning to end, they showed attention to detail. Communication was always prompt and precise. And, when the job was complete they were great at cleaning up. Will definitely use again and refer to others in the future!

NEO recently did our landscaping and the team there was so polite and professional. The office staff kept me posted on the scheduling window and then when I could expect them out. The team showed up and worked extremely hard to get the job completed in one day. They had to deep edge and put down 21 yards of mulch. The deep edging they do is truly amazing and their clean up was tremendous. We are so pleased that we chose NEO Landscaping for this project. We will definitely be repeat customers!! Thank you NEO.

NEO Landscapers are amazing. In my 40 years I have had a handful of landscapers and none of their work compared to this company. They perform exceptional work.

ELM is fantastic! We recently became first time homeowners and with that comes lots of last minute and unexpected projects. Matt was there every step of the way.
