Didn't gave enough variety of what I wanted and you can never find anyone when you need them. Garden staff have no idea what their doing

Manager is excellent. Have great deals and so far the best HD I've been to.

A good experience they had extra help loading 25 bags of top soil in my friends truck .We also got a discounted price.

Limited stock and employee did not understand me when I asked if they had juniper shrubs. They did.

Understaffed , not trained wasted 45 minutes for an issue from one of their employees. They wouldn't give me the managers information, told me they are busy and I was rude for wanting to speak to a manager and then hung up on me.

Pretty decent selection of plants. My only compaint is most of their plant containers are made of plastic. Not a place to go for good ceramic or real wood containers.

The store is not organized in a fashion that makes it easy to get in and out quickly. I spent 20 minutes just trying to find gardening gloves that should have simply been in one area of the garden section. Even with the very helpful employee, together we searched high and low, only to have to leave empty handed. What few gloves they did have were stuffed away in a little cabinet and inadequate for the job I'm doing.

Have been the lucky customer who has had Chuck assist me 3 times now. He is fantastic, extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Helped me load 36 pavers, sand, rocks to complete my project. I won't be going anywhere else.

Tons of beautiful plants to pick from.

This is a Home Depot where you can camp out in Electrical, or Plumbing and never see anyone. If you venture out to find a helper, they will literally run away from you. And yes, I went to the service desk, and they paged and paged, and still no help. The "no help" check out is also a night-mare, if you actually did find something to buy. There is nothing but some half dead crappy plants in gardening. you MUST open every box of anything electrical. The box will say "lighted 3 way switch", but when you get home, it will be an un-lighted one way.... In fairness, I will add that the Summerlin Lowes is ever worse.

Open until 10pm. Beautiful live Christmas trees! Fair price, great variety and sizes.

I wish I didn’t have to write this as I once enjoyed Rusty and his crew. It’s been nearly 5 weeks since he has come to our home to finish a fully paid job. Zero communication from him for weeks as well. We hired him for sod and cleanup, then hired him to help cut down some trees because he promised he would save the sod he put down from the trees coming down, and he would replace the sod if it did not survive. We now have nearly fully dead sod, tree limbs everywhere, giant tree trunks throughout our front and backyard, and he even left some of his equipment here. Again, the job is fully paid and not even close to being finished. I’m sad writing this as we got along so great with him and his crew, and I also wouldn’t be writing this if there would be more communication on what’s going on. Now we are about to spend another couple of grand to finish his job.

Excellent service by Mr. Russell aka “Rusty”! Had an 8am appointment and he showed up 10 minutes early which is much appreciated. Had my weeds pulled around the shed which was vastly overgrown from the rain, as well as flowerbeds around the house. Sprayed as well for weeds to maintain dormant for some time.
