These guys did a great job. This wasn’t just a regular lawn service - aerate, dethatch, rototiller, and grading sections of the backyard. Everything turned out great and they take pride in their work. Ran the mower once around too. Hire them, you won’t be disappointed.

These guys do nice work for a great price. Had them weed/trim, edge and lay down new rock in all my beds. Very happy with the results and would definitely recommend using Aaron and his crew.

I used Check's Property Maintenance for the 2021 season from spring clean up through fall clean up on a once a week basis. The service was excellent and the crew was always on time and efficient. Invoices were always sent at the end of the month so any issues could be addressed (there never were any). Payments were able to be made online which is simple and efficient. Highly recommend Aaron's company.

This company did excellent work on my landscape installation at the house my parents live at in Cuyahoga Falls. They also provide us with year round property maintenance and our yard looks perfect every week! It was a pleasure working with them throughout the entire design and installation process. Needed some bushes taken out and couldn’t get anyone to quote it. Then yesterday I noticed Aaron’s truck in the neighborhood. He took a look at my bushes and gave me a price for removal THAT DAY. He came back today and spread topsoil and seeded the area. Great work at a fair price. Aaron is excellent to work with.

Checks property maintenance did a fantastic job landscaping our large flower bed located close to Darrow rd. The edging and landscaping were superb and everyone driving on Darrow rd can enjoy it as much as we do!
