We live in Walden in Aurora Oh - the natural beauty of Walden includes streams, lakes and a golf course plus beautiful contours of natural landscape - impact Landscape is responsible for the weekly landscape of the Ravines Association where our free standing condo sits on a creek and by a pond in a heavily forested area.

Impact Landscape in my opinion , has done an outstanding job of weekly maintenance and yearly pruning and trimming - the crew members including Carlos and Jose and manager Adam are always pleasant to deal with, and speaking for the Chessin family, have done an outstanding job - keep up the good work and thank you.

My wife and I initially hired a contractor to install a patio in our yard and it was the worst experience; horribly craftsmanship, nonconforming work, no communication, hardly showed up, and left us hanging with an incomplete mess. My search to figure out what to do next led me to a highly recommended Impact Landscaping company out of Medina, Ohio. I reached out, spoke with Jeff, and explained everything that happened. He did not hesitate to come look at the project and immediately began walking me through his vision, step by step. From proposal to completion, the process was smooth. Jeff, Mike, Jose, and crew made it a stress-free experience. The project started earlier than originally scheduled, finished within the established project timeframe, and the result exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Impact Landscaping and they will be the only company I use for future projects. Textbook definition of professionalism! It is worth mentioning, they have a home renovation division. If it is any semblance of their hardscape division, I am confident they will exceed expectations for any home improvement projects you may need. Give them a call!

We hired Impact for a pool and pavilion. We interviewed two other pool installers and I couldn't be happier that we went with Impact. Communication was excellent - well beyond expectations. Mike Carr was our on-site project manager. He could not have been more responsive, trustworthy, hard-working, and honest. He texted us updates constantly. He answered his phone every time I called with a question. Mike let us know well in advance when we needed to make selections, and oftentimes walked us through the pros and cons of our ideas so we didn't make a decision we might regret down the road. There were no last-minute decisions because everything was planned out perfectly. There were no surprise "extra" charges. Russ's landscape design was excellent and blended in perfectly with what we already had in our backyard. Mike and his crew (especially Arturo) were clean, professional, courteous, reliable, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and highly skilled. I caught them on several occasions doing the little things that I would never expect them to do just so I didn't have to do it after work (i.e. sweeping up areas that they didn't touch but where dirt settled, blowing leaves off of the pool cover and the patio, even though they weren't working around those areas that day, etc.). I could go on and on. Honestly, it was bittersweet when Mike came by on his last day to say goodbye. We absolutely love our pool and pavilion, and would recommend Impact to anyone looking to hire a top-notch contractor. Thank you Joe, Mike, Russ, Arturo, and crew. Keep up the great work!

We've been an Impact customer since they first started in business. Jeff and his crew are helpful, efficient and keep us updated. Jeff is good at staying in touch when you need to schedule. Their work is great and they help you creatively get to your goal of how you want your landscaping to look and still be affordable. And they follow through with clean up when they are done!

I am absolutely delighted with the rebuild of my raised paver patio behind our house, front paver patio and retaining walls front and behind our house. I had been trying for three years to get a paver repair business to come out to my home just to quote the job. Most contractors said they don't do repairs. The few who said they can do the job don't show up to even look at it, or they never get to the quote. Impact Landscaping had a local ad which I was thrilled to see, so I gave them a call and they came out promptly to give a critical look at my sinking paver patio. Jeff was very knowledgeable about the foundational issues I had and explained exactly what was necessary to do the repair work. He was meticulous in his explanation of the work to be done and what to expect. His quote was also done thoroughly and promptly.
All the work was done last October, performed exactly as Jeff outlined it to me. His team showed up every day with all the materials needed. I can't say enough about his team- hardest working guys who were always focusing on the job and making sure I was happy with what I saw every day. So- great communication with Impact from top to bottom- all through the process. These guys are Pro's and I highly recommend them.
I look at the raised paver patio and our restored front wall and front patio every day and smile.

I’m not impressed with the company on multiple occasions i have had issues with property damage and they tend to linger and loiter around the property. Today I witnessed them using our private association property as a meetup point for unmarked cars to come park and trespass since they’re not here conducting business and having a private meeting here instead which just isn’t right. Call up your guys if you wanna chit chat or meet at your shop. Super unprofessional

Jeff, Jose’s crew did another unbelievable job getting rid of leaves this week. He and his crew always do a fantastic job of keeping our yard looking lovely. Your trimming guy is like a surgeon with his trimmer and we couldn’t be more pleased with Impact. Jose is such a hardworking employee, always with a big smile and so polite. Received a proposal for removal of my old paver patio and retaining wall, and installation of a new Unilock paver patio with partial sitting wall. Proposal was in the same ballpark price-wise as the other proposals, but Mike did a nice job with recommendations and proposed design. Sent in my deposit, and work began the NEXT day. Work crew of 2 spent two weeks meticulously working and cleaning up the area before departing each day. The finished product looks great, and I will definitely be using IMPACT for any of my future renovation needs.

What a great experience with Impact Landscaping.

We just had a pool built in our backyard and the pool builder only does a rough grade. We hired Impact to come in and provide a finish grade with topsoil and seeding. We also had them add 9 skyrocket junipers. Jeff put together a great design. He handed the work off to Mike and his field crew. They came in with all of the proper equipment and did an outstanding job with everything. Grass is coming in nicely after 2 weeks. We are happy to see our yard start to look normal again after 4 months of construction.

Even though they will be out again in the fall to over-seed (no extra charge), they brought me out some extra seed (again, no charge) to reseed a couple of areas that got washed out during a storm.

Communication has been excellent and customer service was amazing. They made us feel appreciated and they listened to all of our concerns, questions, wants, needs, etc.

We would not hesitate to use them again for any future landscaping needs.

We decided to proceed with Impact to redevelop our landscaping around our home, remove a gazebo, and repurpose its existing space. I couldn't have been more pleased with how the project turned out! In the past we have been burned by landscape companies that cut corners, but I am happy to say that you wont get that with this company. Everyone was great to work with, they are incredibly hard working and their attention to detail to get everything perfect was unmatched. We are so happy with how our outdoor space turned out and love hanging out in our new backyard oasis. Well done, thank you!
