In September without prior notice E & T terminated my service. What a surprise! This was my 3rd season with them. I received an email stating "due to limited staff and reorganization your service is terminated immediately." Since I was out of town at the time, it took 3 weeks to get quotes and hire a new reliable service.

I hired E & T to install a new lawn at the home we just built in October 2021. The scope of the work included rock hounding, grading, and hydro seeding. I originally left a good review because they did the work quick and the grass grew quick. However, now that it’s nice out and I’m starting to work in the yard, I’ve noticed how terrible of a job they did. The yard is very patchy and there are rocks EVERYWHERE. There is no way that they rock hounded. They also cut my internet cable that was clearly flagged and did not tell me about nor did they care to fix it after I notified them. It was rolled up and hung on the electric meter so I know they saw it. I also discovered that the soil is heavy clay after I just started digging in it. This is something they should have known when grading and should have communicated options to condition the soil. I’m very disappointed in the lazy job E & T did.

Had 2 stump grinding debris areas removed, graded, replaced with topsoil, grass seed distributed and mulch installed. The cost was very reasonable. The owner, Andy, was responsive to my needs. Due to short staffing, it took a couple of months to get on the schedule. Tyler did on excellent job on our project. I highly recommend E&T Landscape and Lawn Company.

I like to give credit where it is due, but in this case, the work was so bad I will not. The owner Andy did not communicate well with us. His crew showed up here without a call, even though we called and ask them to let us know when they were going to show. The lawn restoration was not done the way we asked. Weeds are growing up where the grass should be. He didn't call or stop to see if we were satisfied with the service. We spent a lot of money to get a hack job on our lawn. The E&T website says lawn restoration, don't believe it! I corresponding with Andy to come out and fix the bad job they did. He basically said that the job was done and the could come out to do touch ups for a added fee. Steer clear of this lawn company. Once he gets your money, he will not stand behind the work.

UPDATE: I expected an owner rebuttal. It seems like reoccurring theme with E & T lawn and landscaping. Every time a customer has a complaint, they have some type of a comeback. Instead of trying to please the customer they make excuses. Fixing your mistakes is the mature thing to do, not making excuses for poor quality. $2,600+ for a crap job!

I no longer live in the area and finding a reliable service to mow my mother's lawn was a tall task. So thankful for Andy and his crew. Reasonably priced, reliable, and very responsive to questions from me via text. Highly recommend Serenity Mowing!

Scott is able to work his schedule with mine. He is hardworking and energetic. In just two months, I can see an improvement in my lawn.

They removed the dirt and grindings from a stump removal, and then did a great job of filling in the void and planting grass. When we asked for a specific breed of tree he was able to locate one and plant it for us. We are going to use them again after another stump grinding job in our back yard.

I did a job at rental home scott owns. Friends mine live there removed a handicap ramp installed steps cleaned up n hauled everything away left a bill400$ scott informed friends felt job only worth 200$ left that with them I have called left numerous messages txt sent bills no response anything . I have yet to receive any payment for time or materials to this day . This is extremely poor business practice of scott cully I wouldn't recommend him for anything

Patio landscaping. Fine young men. Very meticulous, and detail oriented. Very pleased with results on our patio landscaping.

Our grass over grows fast and they tame it with care. They even do sharp slopes which many won't do. They are truly amazing
