Sawyer Lawn Care has provided lawn care for both me and my mom for years. They have mowed, mulched and pruned and done complete yard seasonal clean up. They are professional, timely and neat. They do a wonderful job every time!

Sawyer and his team did a great job removing mulch and installing fabric and river rock in 2 beds. They were thorough, and split the job up to work around our schedule. Cleaned up after and left the place looking great.

I was not thrilled with the work that was done. It was not what we had discussed. We had agreed the soil would go to the end of the fence line in my back yard which it didn't and that the ground would be graded to have the soil against my house higher than the soil away from it to make the water run away from my cinder block. I was given less then a 24 hour notice of when they were coming and was simply told a storm was coming later the next day so they were taking care of smaller projects earlier in the day and would be there before noon. I agreed only because when you call them you get an automated system and I was starting to think I had gotten scammed after paying 50% in advance and waiting a month to be told they were coming. The next day I was given a call saying they'd be at my house in 10 minutes which was earlier than their expected start time. I was not home the previous day to prep the yard prior to the work being done and since they never gave me an actual start date and simply called with less than a 24 hour notice I had no opportunity to mow my yard low to the ground or to pick up all the dog poop before they started the work. When I asked if all the dog poop was going to be an issue they said "no, don't worry about it." which I'm fairly certain I was originally told it should all be cleaned up prior to the work being done. After seeing the completed project, I can say without a doubt I could have done it myself. Also, the storm they had told me about sure did come and it blew away 50% of the straw they laid down over the top soil, making me feel like they really don't care what happens to their smaller projects, hence why they chose to do the work right before a big storm. Two of my neighbors also planned on adding top soil to their yards since the builder of our neighborhood stripped all the top soil when building. Needles to say they weren't impressed and won't be using Sawyers Lawn Care. I hadn't spoke to anyone else in the neighborhood, but I can imagine word of mouth could have spread and they could have had a lot more people calling them for more work if they had done a better job and done what we had discussed before the work was done. If grass starts to grow I'll change my rating to a 2 or 3, but as of right now all I see is dirt so I can't speak to the quality of grass coming in.

I did not have a small budget. I was talked out of doing what I had planned to do, which was a larger budget project. I did not say I wanted to wait until the fence was in to do the work, it was recommended by your company that I wait until the fence was put in to move forward so you could see what lawn I wanted covered with the soil. And, it was most certainly discussed that we would have the soil laid out so that it was higher against my house specifically on the corner that the rest of the lawn was so the water wasn't running down towards my house. I now have to pay a second company to come out and do what I asked. Thanks for trying to dismiss everything I stated and place the blame on me. It'll definitely be a good story to tell the other 4,000+ employees who work in the area.

Sawyer was great! He came within a day and removed the leaf pile from my driveway. He was quick and easy to work with. Very reasonable on price too. Will definitely call him next year.

By far the best leaf cleanup I've had. I've paid double what it cost me this time and the cheaper option did better. I had to even call back the more expensive option last year to do a better job. We have used Sawyer’s Lawn Care Service for several years. They are professional and do an outstanding job! Their upfront quotes are accurate with no surprises. We have a large yard and we had them edge and apply mulch. They also delivered several yards of river rock for our dry riverbed! The river rock was a last minute request. They said “no problem we can have that for you today.” The entire job was completed in one day. We are extremely happy with their focus on customer service and the price was very reasonable.

Sawyer's Lawn Care Service is amazing! He brushed-hogged a real nasty bit of our property and it looks wonderful! He also filled in some spots that we needed topsoil in and did as such a professional job. He made sure it was packed down and smooth.
