We have used ground pro for the last 3 seasons and have been pleased. They are timely and efficient. Paul built a staircase on our hillside that we love! He worked tirelessly and the craftsmanship was amazing. They have grown over the years but have managed to maintain a small business atmosphere. I would recommend them for your lawn care needs

We have been using Ground Pro for many years now and are more than happy with the service we have received. The crew is polite and also ready to answer any questions that we may have. I also can not speak highly enough about there VP of Operations Chris Gray. Chris is always available and willing to answer questions and even stops by from time to time to look things over. They definitely pay attention to details, very happy with their service.

We have our lawn mowing service through Ground Pro for our home, and we are very happy with their services. The crew is punctual and professional, reliable and they do a great job with mowing and taking care of hard-to-reach parts of the lawn. Paul is very responsive in communicating back, and he keeps us in the loop about changes in schedules during wet weather via emails. Since we were happy with their services, we also signed up my parents with them. You want to deal with professional and personable folks when it comes to work done on your property, and I would not hesitate recommending Ground Pro for their services.

We have been using Ground Pro for a few years now. Their staff is helpful. The lawn crew is polite and friendly, and they always do a nice job. They ALWAYS shut the gate so our dog doesn’t get out. One huge advantage is the winter contract; they plow our drive when the snow is deep enough. This has been a huge help as we’ve gotten some very deep snow a few times. Their prices are comparable to other companies, but the service is better.

The team was on time, efficient, and very friendly! They took the time to show me different ways to landscape the new boxwoods (I went with their suggestion!) and also gave me some information on some other plants we had and how to care for them this season. Awesome company to work with!

I have used Ground Pro's services and was pretty satisfied until they caused some significant damage to my lawn and never made an attempt to correct it. They left a large trail zigzaged in my backyard that could be seen from Google maps. They sent someone out to investigate the matter but never did a follow-up. I ended up contracting with another company because Ground Pro was very unprofessional and unresponsive to the situation. Ground Pro is an irresponsible company and I would not recommend their services.

I have found Chris to pay attention to the details, and professional when it comes to his customers. He has a working knowledge of how to get things done and make his customers happy!

Bryson Landscaping was hired to mow our 1/4th acre lot on a weekly basis, along with hedge trimming. After nearly a year of service, we cancelled due to incidents where a bill would be received, but either services were not performed, or only partially completed.

I hired this company to do front & back edge flower beds, remove weeds add soil and mulch. Add Korean Dogwood, Plant front trees and shrubs, design, add stone along driveway, basically everything. All this company did was ruin my yard, overcharge for services not provided add weeds, killed all plants even plants they did not plant, Sprayed weed killer on my arbs back yard, brought infected mulch with mushrooms in my yard and all the mulch they put down. Very sloppy, dirt all over my house siding, and garage. The worker had the audacity to tell me to do the garage as my water hose did not reach enough for her convivence. Very unprofessional would not return phone calls, respond, and sent a text to tell me to not text him anymore to call to stop documentation of his unprofessionalism. I sent pictures, he has also blocked me from being able to post my results on his Facebook page. Don't you want people to view the fabulous job you performed on my yard. Please stay away from this company, you will be ripped off and disappointed.

I recently had Bryson Landscaping (Chris Bryson) come out to my house to provide a quote for laying weed matting and rocks around my pool. Initially, I was impressed with the professionalism and promptness during the quoting process. I decided to accept the quote and looked forward to getting the work done.

However, after accepting the quote, my experience took a disappointing turn. I tried to reach out several times to move forward with the project, leaving multiple voicemails and sending several text messages. Unfortunately, I never received a response back.

This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. We were very excited to get this project completed, but now we are left disappointed and looking for another company to do the job.

I cannot recommend this company based on this experience. Reliable communication is crucial, and this company failed to deliver on that front.

Proceed with caution when using this company!!

Rich, Sam and the crew did a great job cleaning up years of neglect, installed river rock around our shed and installed tons to limestone back to the shed. Looks great!

Had extensive landscape services done. Chris and his team went above and beyond to tackle the project and get everything I asked complete. From a stunning new lawn, to quality paver work, and beautiful landscape beds. Even with a "stubborn" lawn, Chris and his team came thru, and made it right! Highly recommended....

Chris was great to work with, he was very patient as the vision for my backyard patio came together. I was impressed that they were able to work over the winter and I can't wait to use the space early spring!
