I’m was so disappointed 4 months ago with the weed control, I wondered if any active product was actually used. I called politely canceled and paid my bill. My lawn came back after I fertilized it myself. The service just applied fertilizer to my yard again when I was gone. I cannot get rid of this guy.

Last 2 weed control applications were total fail despite having lawn irrigation and lush grass. weeds everywhere. spent hours pulling weeds. cancelled service and requested refund because of poor quality: company refused. on last application, from my home office I watched their guy miss half the lawn and do job in minutes. no wonder I have weeds. save the money and do it yourself.

I pre payed for a years services for fertilizer, weed control and lime. When the final application was due i was unable to get my gate for my backyard unlocked. They came and completed my front yard but not the back. I called and left a message to see if they would complete the service. Never received a response. When I emailed them to cancel the service for 2021 and explained why, their response was "I will take you off the schedule". At no time did they apologize or attempt to make this right. Once they have your money, that's all they need.

Can someone contact me you fertilized the wrong yard. Now I'm worried my grass will die.

Top notch company!! Have had a few lawn-care companies over the years and feel that Sweet and Low provided the best service overall. Would highly recommend if your are looking for a lawn-care company.

This company has never let me down. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable and are always here when they say they will be. They spent a long time explaining things to me about my lawn and what to do to take care of my lawn after treatments to keep it healthy. If I could them 10 stars I would.

I was hesitant having another lawn company treat my yard. However, Robert walked through my yard with me, educating me on what I've done well and what wats their company and make my lawn even healthier. Since working with Sweet and Low, my grass looks great and I am now proud to show off my yard. I highly recommend working with this company.

We have been using Sweet and Low for years and we love it! We have a rental property that was all weeds two years ago. After lawn treatment and aeration, it is finally a beautiful lawn. Reasonable prices and great customer service. We would strongly recommend!

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. We came from a different company a few years ago, disgusted with how bad our lawn looked. Sweet and Low and our technician have completely renovated our whole property. It has never looked better. We have zero weeds and we are constantly getting compliments about how well our lawn looks. The office staff has always been awesome at responding to all of our inquiries and handling things in a timely manner. Highly Recommended if you want a trustworthy company taking care of your property the right way.

I’ve used Sweet n Low service for 6 years and I am very pleased with their service. Using their complete program turned my thin, weedy lawn lush, thick, and green.

These guys have taken care of my grandparents yard for the past decade and it is beautiful on the east side of Massillon. Unfortunately they have both since left the house and I highly recommend the next homeowners continue with their services because my grandfather was always proud of his yard until his last days.

We have tried to DIY our lawn treatments and they either don't work or burn the lawn! Now we leave it to the pros at Sweet N Low and our lawn is lush and beautiful!

So far I'm terribly disappointed in this outfit. It's the end of July and I've had 2 of my 5 treatments. Weeds and lots of dead spots. Obviously they're only treating the center of the yard and not getting to the edges, as I've never had this many problems in the past. I went with this company after receiving a flyer in the newspaper and their prices were about half of what I was paying another company for several years, but it looks like you get what you pay for. Ugh!
