Our irrigation system had a crack in a pvc line and leaking valves. The system was dated and so I had their tech replace all of the valves as well as repair several heads and also replace a few. My appointment was 3pm. He showed up on time and stayed until almost 8 pm and did an excellent job. I felt the pricing was fair and the work was great. He went over everything with me before starting and I was impressed with his knowledge of the system. Bluegrass has earned my business after my first time using them.

I use Bluegrass to manage my sprinkler system. Recently Josh came out for my sprinkler start-up. He was honest, professional, efficient, and polite. He addressed my concerns and was able to fix identified problems with ease. Josh is both respectful and knowledgeable. I will be requesting him for future appointments.

Hats off to Brad, Josh and the support team on an outstanding job when putting up my outdoor Christmas lighting and decorations every year.

For many years we have used Bluegrass for landscaping and irrigation. Our backyard used to flood when it rained. They installed French drains. No more flooding .The employees work hard and are very pleasant to be around. They make sure that they have done all of the tasks to our liking. The mulch that Bluegrass uses is dark, clean, and lasts the entire year.

I hired this company because of good reviews. The good reviews are correct. Had them install a sprinker system in my front lawn and a drip system in my entire back garden in June. Talk about a huge job. My entire planted back garden is covered in river stone. They had to hand dig /install the entire system in back yard, no room for power equipment. Took them almost a week of really hard work, and did an awesome job. Worked through rainstorms and never stopped or complained. We now look at my lawn and garden and love it, you cant tell they were ever there. My plants and grass can, and are doing really well. The crew cleaned up very nicely before leaving each day.

Because of the great work and attention to detail, I hired them again this September to take out/replace some broken flag stone retaining walls/borders in my back garden and replace with block, and reshape some flower beds. Also had them upright a fallen 2000 lb mill stone I had in my front bed a fixed the entire bed.

My wife and I are very happy with the way all the projects look. We will be hiring them for all future jobs, without a second thought.

This is a company that stands by their work. We did a large project that originally ran into some unforeseeable challenges. The team and the owner stayed with us throughout and made everything right. The project ended up different and better than what we originally planned. It is great to work with people you can trust!

As a follow up we did another large project with them a few years after the one mentioned above. They did outstanding work. The team they brought out was really professional and polite. They did more than we expected and we were thrilled with the results. Highly recommend.

Kenny did a great job with our sprinkler system today. He found our valve box easily and fixed our problem fast. He also replaced a few sprinkler heads and took his time and made sure they all worked well before leaving. He was very professional with a great caring attitude. We will have him back if any future issues arise. We recommend him highly.

Todd, Brayan,Emosto., did an outstanding job on my landscaping projects. These are very hard working professionals. I would highly recommend Bluegrass if you want your landscaping to be the best looking home in your development. Five stars. Tonya in the office did a great job answering all my questions. First class company.

Josh and his team at bluegrass did a fantastic job with designing our new irrigation, landscape and stone work. Very professional, on time and on budget. His team also does a great job every year with our Christmas lights. Highly recommend!

Bluegrass recently completed multiple projects at our home - front lawn landscaping, a new irrigation system, reset old stone walls, walkways, and multiple stairs; and a multi-level patio renovation complete with reconstruction of a covered porch with some tricky electrical work. Yes, it was a big job that lasted approximately one month.

We are thrilled with the results; everything looks fantastic. We are looking forward to using our beautiful new spaces.

We also want to comment on the outstanding service and workmanship. The crew arrived bright and early every day, worked in the rain, cleaned up daily, and were polite and friendly. Needless to say this was by far the best home remodeling experience we've ever had. Thank you!

Bluegrass was amazing! They did a phenomenal job creating a beautiful landscape design & an even better job completing the work. We had an irrigation system installed, lighting, & a lawn put in. TJ was excellent, Kevin was awesome, Rodney was so personable and friendly & the entire crew was professional & incredibly hard working - Josh & Dakota were amazing. The crew showed up every day, communicated, waved and smiled at my kids ( who watched & dictated from the windows .. 3 year old twin boys are no joke, ya'll ), carried on small talk as we came and went, and, provided opinions and insights and a whole lot of advice and recommendations. We are so, so happy with the layout - the execution was top knotch : plain & simple - we couldn't be happier. We will definitely be keeping Bluegrass as our preferred ( & favorite! ) landscaping people!

We utilized bluegrass to excavate a large area in our backyard for a playset. They removed sod and leveled the ground, installed 6x6 and laid landscaping paper. Brad and Dave were the team that did the work and they were excellent! They were professional, did quality work, maintained great communication throughout the project, and always cleaned up. They worked hard to maintain the integrity of our yard aside from the project area. We have other projects in mind and would definitely want this team back working on them! Great job, guys!

They liked our(needy for attention) dogs. They transformed our back yard completely into a space we'll now enjoy occupying. Started quickly after estimate, kept at it, and finished beautifully and completely. TJ was wonderful at design ideas and got his hands dirty to complete his and our vision. Kevin and Brayan were his main workers and I was more than pleased with their work. The entire crew laying sod also did an excellent job. Bravo Bluegrass!

Josh with Bluegrass Inc. came to our house today to restart our sprinkler system for the summer. He was very professional and very respectful of our wishes. He was very knowledgeable about how to do the work safely and he took the time to do everything right. He explained everything he was doing, and even helped by marking some of the sprinkler lines as best he could (we asked since we plan to plant some bushes). I will definitely have Bluegrass back in the fall to turn off my system, and I will ask for Josh specifically! Top Notch!

Bluegrass recently did my spring cleanup, edging, and mulching as well as adding new plants and annuals to our landscape. The entire crew was professional, courteous, neat and responsive to whatever I asked them to do. It is a fairly extensive job with well over 100 yards of mulch. They handled irrigation and lighting issues while they were here as well. Prior to cleanup they reset over 300 foot of rock wall. Great job and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend Bluegrass.

I am so pleased with the work I had done.

I first called Bluegrass & talked to a very welcoming lady who immediately set up an appointment for me. Greg came & talked to me & gave some recommendations. He was always timely returning my messages for any questions/concerns I had. He made me comfortable having Bluegrass do the work.

Josh & Micah were the two young men that did the actual work. They were both so respectful to me & my property. Mid job I wasn't exactly liking what I saw. Josh gave a recommendation, although it was going to be extra work. I felt bad, but Josh said it wasn't a big deal, as he wanted me to be happy with the final product. I absolutely love the finished product! And teamwork! Toward completion a couple other men came & pitched in to make sure it got done at the end of the day.

I have had many of my neighbors stop by wanting to know who did the work. One lady wants to call Bluegrass about a project she would like to do.

I will highly recommend Bluegrass on so many levels. Employees, workmanship, customer service are all top notch. It was also refreshing that Greg, Josh & Micah all spoke highly of their employer. That speaks volumes.

My neighbors had their landscape wall rebuilt and I asked them if they were pleased with the work. They said that they were very pleased. The company was Bluegrass. Our wall needed rebuilt also, so I contacted TJ
and he promptly came to our home and gave us an estimate. The job was
started in less than 10 days and was completed in 2 days. The guys that
worked on the wall were polite and very good at what they did. I would
highly recommend Bluegrass to anyone that needed work done. And the
wall looks great!

After a couple years of trying to find someone who was reliable, timely, and easy to communicate with, we finally hit the jackpot! The hardscape and landscape crews have been outstanding and meticulous in a way I haven’t seen from the FOUR other companies we tried out.

Bluegrass just finished a major repair on my irrigation system. The system was installed prior to finished landscaping. David and Matt did an excellent job in figuring out were the pipes ran under a newer patio and deck as well as figuring out all the zones. They treated my property as if it was their own. Clean up and replanting the lawn was perfect. I would highly recommend Bluegrass to service any irrigation system.
