My HOA hired this company to maintain our lawns. I reached out to them to not go into my back yard a month ago for a couple weeks in order to let grass grow in that was planted in certain spots and someone from their company still walked through it anyway.
This week I told my HOA they can go back to mowing it as the grass had finally come in better and was getting thick. They mowed my neighbor's yards on either side of me but avoided mine which I have recorded on my camera. I had to reach out to my HOA again to get them to do it.
Also, they have twice come out to mow the day after a rainstorm. You can see spots in the common areas and in other people's yards where their heavy vehicles left tires tracks and ripped up the grass. No logic at all.
Communication is clearly lacking between this company's management and their crews.
UPDATE; This company continues to drop the ball and do dumb things. A couple weeks ago, their crew managed to destroy several buried internet lines in my side of the development while putting down mulch even though the cable box was plainly in front of them yet they still decided not to be careful.
This is the kind of subpar service you will get from this company.

Absolutely love Pracko's. This is our second year using them! They always check our yard for balls, frisbees, and toys in the yard from our two dogs before mowing. They even play with our dogs for a few minutes if they are in the yard before or after moving. Our dogs love the employees too!

Pracko's Landscaping is one of the companies that does the warranty work for Ryan Homes. They worked on our lawn and they did a incredible job. I contacted Prackos via online inquiry and in the space of about a week, I had received a visit from the owner Blake and an estimate. I received my estimate within days along with a digital representation using photos Blake had taken of my own property with the plants he was recommending along with the layout. I then began communicating with Becca who was probably one of the most patient and prompt people I have had the pleasure of working with. I asked a million questions to make sure I was making the right decision for the overhaul in our yard. Becca got back to me same day every time and was amazing with information and knowledge to help me. The day of work, Blake was there personally working on our yard and Becca came to ensure a smooth operation once plants were going in. The crew was about five or six guys and they were so pleasant and helpful in making sure I had everything spaced where I wanted and liked. They wrapped around lunch time and everything was so beautiful. Since everything was so wonderful we opted for more work. Blake and Becca got back to me later that same afternoon with a quote and came back two days later to add the plants we asked for. The plants and trees are thriving and beautiful! The cost overall was impeccable compared to others and I called four different parties in the area. The workmanship was incredible and the crew and Blake and Becca the owners are the absolute sweetest people. I will call Prackos for my maintenance every year go forward and for any other project we look to get into for the yard. Thank you all for the beautiful experience and the lasting gifts of the plants we now have.

I had the best experience with landscaping co. in over a decade. From the owner to his crew and office it’s top notch. What an amazing experience. We had 5 trees removed in our front yard. The crew was efficient and very tidy. They came back a week later and ground the stumps with removal of the excess and leveled out the area around the stump. They were great to work with and very reasonable We were highly satisfied with the work and will be using them in the future.

We had a very large tree limb fall on the house. The crew came the following day and expertly tethered, cut, and guided the limb (almost the size of an actual tree trunk!) safely down. We are in a neighborhood with houses close together and the crew not only cleaned up our yard, but also everything that fell into the neighbor's. Blake was super friendly, efficient, and the entire crew worked quickly and paid attention to detail. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I am so beyond impressed with the professionalism of this company! They answered every and any question I had and meant every need and concern I had with perfection. Blake was very patient with me and was able to see the hesitation I was having but spent the time showing me what to expect and explained everything in a way I could understand. I have used previous companies in the past and got burned so safe to say my concern to hire someone new was for a valid reason. Inevitability, I am so happy with the results of my lawn and landscaping. It was worth every penny and I will be a life long customer! 10/10 very highly recommended. Pracko’s Landscaping did an outstanding job on our yard. We had a tornado in Brook Park, Ohio, they came and cleaned up and removed all tree limbs and trunks that were in the yard. They went above and beyond our expectations. They were fast, efficient and were some of the hardest workers I have ever seen. I would very highly recommend them!
