Two service guys arrived for appointment 15 minutes early. They were polite, efficient and knowledgeable, and fixed the problem promptly.

Couldn't ask for better service.

Absolute Lawn Care is great! They actually really care about what they do and how they treat clients. This is becoming hard to find. The entire team at ALC is very profession and did a great job on my yard. If you have another landscape company doing your work with a half A.. attitude give ALC a shoot I think you will see the difference like I did.

Had them come out to clear weeds and growth in my back alley. They completed about half the job and left. I called and they told me they were unaware that the job was not complete. They said they would send someone out to finish the job but never did. I ended up clearing the rest myself. I took pictures before clearing myself and left a message after hours on Friday night asking for a refund. We will see on Monday if they plan on making this right.

Worst lawncare ever! Mows dirt for some reason. Doesn’t pick up limbs or stuff on lawn. Kills bushes because they don’t know how to trim properly. Doesn’t re-sod numerous areas that need it. Takes hours to do a job that shouldn’t take that long. They should just call themselves a “strictly mowing service”. Do better!

I love absolute lawn care. We have a huge, beautiful Oak Tree in our front yard. I was worried because our tree started getting ants in it. We called Absolute Lawn Care and they were here the next day treating our tree. Our Oak tree is still beautiful and now we don’t have to worry about ants. Thank you Apsolute Lawn Care for your prompt and friendly service. We will for sure recommend you to others😊

More like Crapsolute Lawn Care. They try and do cheap so they cut corners and leave the job incomplete. Hands down one of the worst landscape jobs I have ever seen. My friends landscape job is terrible. Brandon ward should be ashamed.

Awesome local company with great values! I had to dig up my sprinkler system due to a sewage pipe collapsing. After the plumber was done there was a huge trench and my sprinkler system was in shambles. They came out got everything hooked back up and even backfilled the trench. They were courteous, professional, and half the cost of everyone else. I would highly recommend them.

Brandon & his crew have done several jobs for us--- from minor to major! They put new sod in our front yard several years ago and put artificial turf in our backyard a couple of years ago--- the backyard turf is the best money we ever spent! We have 3 dogs who were constantly tracking in dirt, grass or mud, but no more! It is great! After seeing our backyard, our neighbors had artificial turf installed in their backyard and they love theirs, too! Absolute Lawn Care has put our Christmas lights on the house for several years, too. They came by today to take the lights down to be stored until next Christmas-time. They have mowed our front lawn when we couldn't get to it and have helped us with lawn sprinkler repairs. Absolute Lawn Care represents everything good about a locally-owned business! They are professional, responsible and knowledgeable! Thanks, ALC!

I am not a customer of theirs, instead, I am a competitor. My husband and I offer sod installations and deliveries and I had made a post on Facebook advertising for our small business. I had a customer show interest on said post and one of Absolute Lawncares employees told this customer that they offer installations as well and to give them a call. I’m unsure if it was the same employee or a different one, but this happened to me last year as well. I would never do this as a competitor on one of their advertisements and thought it was totally unprofessional for such a big business. I just hope their work is a little better than their character. I just want to let them know that there is plenty of work to go around that you shouldn’t have to try to steal business from me…

Absolutely anyone but these guys! I speak from experience having previously owned a home where they where contracted for the landscaping prior to our ownership. I now have a co-worker who made the unfortunate decision to have them do her pool, and a neighbor who cheaped out and let them do their sprinklers. They are learning the hard way about the shotty work, and the refusal to make it right. I can’t stress enough to do your homework, pay a little more and do it right the first time or cheap out with ALC and pay double to have someone fix it after they run with your money. It is also extremely hard to find someone to fix their work, the reputation for how bad their work is leaves most other contractors refusing to touch it.

We heard great things about Absolute Lawn Care. So we decided to get a quote for a concrete slab and pergola. Brandon seemed very knowledgeable and the price was more than reasonable. On July 20th we requested for the work to begin. On August 11th I have a text message from Brandon that he spoke with his sales rep and the order would be put in by the end of the week. In the meantime he had the concrete work scheduled. The concrete laborer sat at our house for 4 hours waiting on a machine that come to find out they had dropped off at the wrong house. Then he told us he had to go help finish up a pool and would be back the next day. The next day the concrete company sat in front of our house for 45 mins waiting on Absolute Lawn care, they never showed up. I had to call the office and there was a "mix up" on the dates. 4 more days go by and the concrete is finally poured. Unfortunately, they covered a sprinkler head with the concrete and we have to wait once again for them to fix that. Aug 24th still no word from anyone on when the pergola would go up. I texted Brandon he said it woud be the following week. August 31st still no pergola. Mica called the first week of Sept and asked for a deposit that they were getting ready to order the wood. I was so upset 😡 We were told twice by Brandon that he had already ordered it. I told her I was not putting down any money until Brandon called me and told me and exact date of when it would be done. He called and said no later than Sept 14th. I understand companies get busy and have alot going on. So once again we gave him another chance. On Sept 14th noone ever showed up. I texted Brandon, no response. I called the office and Micah said she would have to call me back, she never did. I called Brandon and he said for sure the next week. By this time we realize our sprinkler system is giving us an Error code. We call Brandon and he suggests its an issue that we've had and is reluctant to sending someone out to fix it. Our house is a little over a year of being built. We have never had any issues until they worked on it. Instead of being a professional and taking accountability he wanted to argue. I told him how disappointed we were with thier company, lack of communication and poor customer service. We did get our deposit back. But we now have to pay for someone to come out and figure out what is wrong with our system and are still without a Pergola.

Great people, great workers and owner gets dirty with his employees. They have done our huge yard, fence, trees, fire pit and added some extra stations for our sprinkler system. They have always taken great care of pride in their work and the results. They have followed up multiple times each time they have done a job for us. Highly recommend!

We had great service with ALC. They pulled out our flower beds and redid everything; it nowhas beautiful greenery and I can add flowers when come spring. They bordered them, and laid mulch all in a couple hours. They also stripped our islands and laid sod. They were here all day, and paid great attention to detail. Brandon was extremely helpful, and he even came back out to help us himself when our sprinkler heads weren't coming up. He is friendly, and easy to talk to. We loved the jobs they did for us and would recommend them to anyone needing lawn projects, big or small!

Brandon and his team are AWESOME!! We have been using them for over 5 years now for ALL of our lawn care and landscaping needs. His team is very professional and they do great work. Micah in his office is so kind and personable. They are A+++

Your ALC-BW (or maybe BM )(license plate) green truck, ran two red lights and swerved all over the road for miles. I backed off as I was scared to be hit by this person in a big truck!

Oh then he proceeds to rudely message me privately. Lol. Don't drive poorly in your business vehicle if you don't want to be called out.

Oh yes we spent almost $3000 to have our lawn done. And at scrap service.

We got a quote to put in a sprinkler system and sod, they did not assess our well (water to the property) prior to installing the sprinkler system, installed the whole thing then told us to call another company when it didnt work. The other company called their owner who came out with his crew to make it work. Glad we were able to work it out and get it working HOWEVER there were ditches on the back of the house left uncovered which we just covered ourselves but found out after the septic system backed up that they had cut through septic pipes while digging their trenches in this area and instead of letting us know just turned off the pump to the septic!!!!!!! I would not use them for any major work. I get things happen while doing construction but I would expect communication to get things fixed when that happens instead of being sketchy and dishonest leading to much bigger problems.

We hired Absolute Lawn Care to handle multiple projects on our property, including laying sod, installing a sprinkler system, pouring a concrete sidewalk, and putting in a fence. Unfortunately, every single aspect of their work was subpar and has caused us nothing but stress and additional expenses.

First, the concrete work was poorly planned and executed. They chose to pour on a windy day without using any protective tarps, resulting in concrete splatter all over our windows and white stucco house.

The sprinkler system has been a major headache. Not only did they install it incorrectly, but they cut into our water well line twice, which forced us to spend $1,100 in repairs. On top of that, we’ve already had to pay $700 to fix problems with the sprinkler system itself.

The sod was poorly laid and the fence work was shoddy at best. We tried repeatedly to get them to make things right, but our point of contact kept blowing us off and has since quit the company. For the amount of money we paid (~$30k), we expected professionalism and quality. Instead, we’ve ended up paying even more just to fix their mistakes.

I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want your landscaping done right the first time. Absolute Lawn Care has cost us thousands in repairs and delivered extremely disappointing results.
