Very disappointed with this company! I called 2 weeks ago when I saw a commercial for cleanup and mulch in flower beds for $49. They were supposed to come out yesterday and never showed up. I called them and they came out today and would not honor the $49 cleanup because is supposedly ended on the 15th even though the commercial is still running. So now instead of it being $49 it is now going to be $360! I’m very disappointed with this company and all I have to say is word of mouth spreads quickly.

I would not recommend them at all. Called the number on the web site and it said it was disconnected. Sent email and then they gave me another number to call. Got a call back and was told he would look up property on Google Earth to give me a quote and get back to me. I told him it was new construction and would not show up. They called back the next day and said it did not show up and told me he would be out after lunch to measure. Wasted the entire afternoon waiting and no one showed up. I have not received a phone call to explain or reschedule. I guess they have so much business they did not want mine.

I had a great experience with Reeder Landscaping! Phil was a great guy to deal with. He thoroughly inspected my entire system. He also explained and showed me all of my problem areas. I will definitely use them again and refer them to all of my friends and family.

Highly recommend Blake and his team! Blake fully designed my Trex deck in Angel Fie, NM with a full vision of the landscape. Recommended upgrades to improve my property. His guys were always on time and true professionals. Thanks for what you do bud! You should be proud of this one! Feel free to show pics!

Reeder landscape crew treated my property as if it was their own! I presented a large list of requests and they executed them perfectly. Blake Reeder himself answered all my questions and should be very proud of the company he stands behind. Reeder earned my business!

Bad customer service and response. I asked for a quote and to adjust my sprinklers. They came, now I have one watering my garage door and one on the side walk. One waters very little. What a mess. I will find someone else or do it myself . But they did take my $95. The
Y called and apologize and asked for a 2nd chance to which I said yes. Bad mistake. No return call after promising to call me the next day. I will not recommend this company nor give them a chance. They need to work on their customer service. It is very poor.

Highly recommend this company, very professional and prompt. We where very satisfied with the quality of work as well as the products we purchased! What a total disappointment. This company did work for my aunt which is no longer able to take care of things herself. She was totally taken advantage of. The stones were never glued down as they should have been around the large flower bed put in for her. The sprinkler system was a joke since there were holes in the pipe for the system they put in, no drip spouts around the shrubs and roses as they quoted, huge chunks of dirt and sod left in her yard, After months of calling them back asking for repairs to be done, things to be done according to the quote etc she has given up and had to pay out even more money to another company to come in and do things right. The flowers were never installed per the quote. This company has totally taken advantage of her. The supervisor that she called over and again never returned calls. I would highly recommend people go elsewhere to have your landscaping work done as this has been a nightmare and a joke. They should be totally ashamed of themselves!

I signed a contract with Reeder for one year. There is a list of items they will complete for the year. I didn’t see them in Dec, Jan., or Feb. for pruning, cleaning flower beds, or trash pick up. I called and they refunded me 1 month of service. I told them I would not be renewing again. The men sent, didn’t know how to prune roses, certain plants should be pruned in mid winter not spring. On April 23, they burnt my grass by cutting too short, they spun out circles in my yard. They are not well informed, push mower only on my front yards, they used a rider, why couldn’t they see what they were doing? My yard looks terrible! 😡
My yards cost a fortune, I live on a corner lot. Do not sign a contract with these people. Blake didn’t return my call and he probably won’t about my call on the April 23rd. As of June 11, 2020, Reeder has improved! More Communication, they are trying hard, they show every Thursday. They are trying to make my yard look great. I had to change my negative review!! Reeder Landscape is a top notch company with awesome values and an awesome crew. They pay close attention to detail and make sure your vision comes to life! I hired this company to perform weekly/monthly gardening over a year ago. Their "gardener" hardly did anything while there and eventually was fired for incompetence. I understand incompetence at the employee level but was shocked to find that management and ownership were equally incompetent. I have spent the past month and a half being told by management that they would be out at my home to clean the flower beds, etc.... They never showed up. I had multiple conversations and exchanged text messages. I was repeatedly assured the work would be done. Nobody every showed up. Please be careful with this company. They don't seem to care about the little guy.

Edit due to reply from Reeder: There were never racial slurs or bigotry used in any way. I challenge them to provide proof of this. The fact that this is the way they are handling a bad review they justly deserves should give anyone considering using them great cause for concern.

Furthermore, the professionalism of Reeder Landscaping was seriously lacking. The crews arrived late on multiple occasions and the owner seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. They lacked the expertise and knowledge one would expect from a professional landscaping company, and their attitude towards the project was indifferent at best.

Overall, my experience with Reeder Landscaping was deeply unsatisfactory. Their poor customer service, subpar quality of work, and lack of professionalism left me feeling frustrated and regretful of choosing their services. The professional knowledge of Reeder Landscaping was seriously lacking. The company sent out 2 young kids to diagnose a pool issue, which they appeared to have no clue about. They lacked the expertise and knowledge one would expect from a professional company.

The whole team at Reeder landscape have been wonderful to work with. Excellent service and a knowledgeable crew. My first project was a sprinkler overhaul. Then my next project was to level my front yard then shoot hydro-mulch. It turned out great. Joey's special mix had my yard looking the best on the block in no time! They just did some flagstone work under my gate and it looks awesome. I have several other jobs that I can't wait to start with them. I highly recommend them! They can handle any job you throw at them!

I would STRONGLY CAUTION against using Reeder for your pool or home warranty needs. My journey with them began on May 26 and concluded on July 24, marking a frustrating 60-day experience. Ultimately, I found and purchased the pool part I needed within an hour of ending my association with them, which was the sole reason I sought their services in the first place. Unfortunately, they were the only local option provided by my home warranty company.

The customer service I encountered was nothing short of dreadful. Their inability to communicate effectively is a significant red flag. For example:

- Number of times Reeder contacted me or updated me on the process: ZERO

- Number of times they returned my calls for updates or general inquiries: ZERO.

This lack of communication is unacceptable for any service provider, especially in a service oriented industry. The only updates I received were when I asked the home warranty company to intervene and contact them on my behalf. A company that neglects to keep its customers informed is certainly not one I would trust or recommend.

Blake Reeder and his team from Reeder Outdoor Living have recently designed and built an outdoor living space for us. We are extremely happy with the finished product. Blake is a true professional. His skill/knowledge, honesty and patience was very refreshing and reassuring. Blake and his team's workmanship and attention to detail was absolutely exceptional.
I recommend Reeder Outdoor Living highly.
