Wow!!!

A very sloppy job. Never came back and finished. Would not recommend them to anyone. Disappointed my screen is sagging and not even covering some of the spaces to keep the bugs out

Randy, Ryan and their team of professionals did a great job on our back yard makeover! The team was always punctual (early risers!) and put in long days. Randy is responsive and always has good suggestions that actually saved us money! Highly recommend

Randy Dooley did a beautiful job on my front yard. We loved it so much we had him come back and do the back yard. On both jobs he and his men worked quickly and professionally. The grass was always ordered the day before he installed it. He was very accommodating to changes we wanted to make and when the job is done, the clean up is above and beyond. After he finished our front yard he drove by on a couple of occasions to make sure it was rooting and that there were no problems. Highly highly recommend him!

These are the exact comments I shared with Randy via text. I did receive a reply -

I am following up with feedback regarding our hardscape/landscape project.

First, we love the steps up the hill. We get a lot of compliments, mostly from people who deliver stuff to our house. They appreciate the steps a lot more than walking up the hill. I'm also pleased with the flower beds, except I feel some plants were uprooted and not replanted properly after the attempt to fix the irrigation system.

On the other hand, you did not follow through on several items - lighting quote, your referral for adding stone around the front door, resolution for water running down hill, and unearthing the new juniper plants.

Just an opinion, it seems logical to me that the irrigation system work, especially around the flower beds, should have been done first vs. last.

Lastly, the machine used left deep craters in parts of our backyard. We had to have more drains installed to alleviate the standing water.

I strongly believe in feedback . So please take this for what it's worth to you.

I hired Randy 3 different times over the last 9 yrs and I cannot say enough good things about the results. The stonework is exceptional and after 9 yrs it still looks great with no issues! I had him do a stone retaining wall (leveled the back yard for the patio), stone patio, entire yard re-landscaped (adding soil, weed barrier, mulch in the front and granite stone mulch in the back), wood fence w/gate, arborvitae living fence, huge stone boulders, rock edging, stone pathway, water drainage, etc. He has also completed multiple work in my sub-division for neighbors (including re-sod, landscaping, arbors over patios, etc.) all with beautiful results. He worked very closely with me to establish the design plan, including onsite coordination mtgs during the work itself - it's up to the owner to ensure they communicate properly too and Randy was completely open and accessible when he worked with us. Added just a couple of pics of the patio.

They did a good job for us. Professional and polite. Worked hard. Would recommend them.

Excellent work installing rip rap along our shoreline. Did not just throw the stone out, they carefully placed the stone making it look landscaped. I highly recommend this company.

I want to thank Chris for doing a fantastic job replacing my flagstone patio and steps!! I wish I would have used SuperiorScape 10 years ago. Bottom line you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend.

I just moved to the Birmingham area. The only item needing attention from our home inspection was a failed retaining wall. SuperiorScape provided a quote for the repair, which we used to close on our house (had money held in escrow based on SuperiorScape's quote).

About a week prior to the scheduled start date for the work to begin, the sales agent came out with another team member to look at the existing wall. That afternoon, the sales agent called me and said that due to personnel issues they couldn't do the job. I tried to get back in touch with SuperiorScape to say we were willing to wait until they settled their personnel issues but that we would like them to honor the quote they gave us. They have not responded to any of my or my realtor's attempts to contact them.

I believe the sales agent misquoted the job, came out with the actual worker who told him it was too cheap, and rather than owning the mistake, talking it out, and honoring the quote they backed out of the job and refused to speak with me again.

Terrible customer service.

These guys are the Best! Great job to being with, then I had some minor drainage issues. They came back, no additional cost, and did a fabulous job of handling. I highly recommend this group and company!

So impressed with this company! We got several quotes for landscaping at our house - they were significantly less expensive than another local company. Very easy to work with and the final work they did was wonderful. Very honest and hard working - would highly recommend!

They came to our home began replacing some sod and bushes on our property that had died from the city doing some work. The city did send out a team to repair the damage, but the work was shoddy. We didn't realize it was shoddy until we saw SuperiorScape come out and fix everything. They properly planted the bushes and trees, instead of packing in clay dirt around the root. They placed the sod, fertilized it, rolled, and watered it. The lawn looks great now. The men were kind and when we spoke to the manager he even gave us tips on our other plants on proper pruning. He really listened to us and helped. The whole team did a fabulous job

Chris was great to work with. We needed work done at property we are selling (and we live out of state). He did the estimate very quickly, worked with us on a payment plan and kept us updated on start, progress and finish. Definitely would recommend this group.

SuperiorScape is true to its name. I am totally wowed by what they were able to accomplish with my space. Their ideas were creative, the workers were prompt and professional, and the pricing was reasonable. Quality work and a lot of attention to detail right through to the end. Great communication.
