BLAM has done several projects for us, major landscaping project after house was finished. We are on 6 acres and are about 1/4 mile off of main road. Did 1/2 acres of grass, trees and other plantings, irrigation and drainage. Was a major project over 2 months, did a good job of the work and even better of communication. Had them back to finish the work after the pool we had installed was complete. Over past 2 years, did some additional irrigation work as well as replace some trees that were drought killed, under warranty. They are are our go to folks for anything to do with landscape lighting, irrigation and repair. Hamilton is a solid, honest guy who communicates promptly, does what he promises, and continues to follow up afterwards to ensure we are pleased and the work remains satisfactory.

I had a great experience with Hamilton and his team. Trustworthy, on time and great quality!!!! Would definitely use them again and recommend to others. Could not be more pleased.

Hamilton is a very hard worker. He took the time to investigate our issues and then explaining and demonstrating what he found and then making repairs at a reasonable price. He also took the time to train us and explain how the system operates.
We cannot speak highly enough about our experience.

I highly recommend these guys! They installed a drain, brought in new soil, planted sod and planted three new trees for me. Philip and Hamilton were great to work with. Their communication was great. I never had to worry about when they were coming or what they were doing because Philip communicated the whole time to keep me in the loop. I was out of town the last day of the job and Hamilton even came by and watered the new sod the next day since I was not there. You can’t go wrong with choosing these guys for your project!

Hamilton & his crew were great to work with, excellent communication before+during+after our project. Quality of work was excellent, and they took a lot of care to investigate everything weird they ran in to on my property and leave it better than when they started.

Hamilton and his team did a major project on all of our outdoor spaces. From start to finish, Hamilton has been excellent to work with -- drawing up plans, revising them, and completing the work. He is very knowledgeable about landscaping and hardscaping and was patient working with us. BLAM's pricing was reasonable compared with others. The team was professional and even our neighbors noticed how well they did in cleaning up after themselves, not taking up the entire street with their work, etc. Highly recommend BLAM!

I'm extremely pleased with the design consultation provided by Building, Land, & Agriculture Management for our backyard. Hamilton took the time to meet with us in person, listen to our needs, and offer valuable, practical suggestions. His expertise helped us envision possibilities we hadn't considered, and his feedback was both creative and realistic for our space. Hamilton's planning guidance has given us a clear direction for transforming our backyard. We plan on using them for our installation as well. Highly recommend BLAM's design services!

We had such a great experience working with BLAM for 2 dry creek bed projects, that we recruited their help designing & installing a fire pit area. We found Hamilton, Phillip, and the crew to be reliable, hardworking, communicative, and knowledgeable. I would call them again in a heartbeat!

Hamilton and BLAM did an amazing job on my yard. He solved a terrible erosion problem I had in my front yard and replaced it with grass and mulch beds. They put in sod, mulch, and pine needles to tie my whole property together. The team was great and worked fast to get everything done in just a couple of days. Hamilton even came and fixed a section of sod after a delivery driver backed into it. I couldn’t recommend BLAM enough. Great company and reasonable prices.

Hamilton and the entire team at BLAM were the absolute best. My project wasn’t as large or elaborate as some, but he provided the same level of care, concern and attention as if it was just as important. The attention to detail and quality was above and beyond. Hamilton made some changes to the placement of plants as he observed the morning and afternoon sun in my yard, to make sure that everything was planted where it would thrive. The team completely redid my front and back yards, including new sod, 3 trees, pollinator beds, fern garden, shrubs and more in 3 days. Hamilton even came out several times after finishing to adjust the watering and sprinklers for optimal results. I can’t say enough about the quality, personal service, responsiveness, timeliness and attention to every detail. I will definitely be calling again for any landscaping needs and highly, highly recommend BLAM.

I highly recommend this terrific team. Hamilton Carrio has been a pleasure to work with. He did a thoughtful on site interview with me before starting the design work. He asked for input along the way. I asked for a focus on using native plants and he accommodated the design to include them. His team has been efficient, hard working and detail oriented. They kept a tidy construction site and left no mess behind. Hamilton has been accessible for questions or concerns. Either Hamilton himself or his partner have been on the job site to supervise every day. Hamilton has collaborated closely with the swimming pool company to make the best use of time and space on the work site and work schedule. Best of all, our yard looks amazing. I am thrilled. AlaLawn did an excellent jog installing drain pipes for me. Ed and his crew Leonel were very meticulous, precise, thorough and cleaned up everything afterwards. It looked real nice after they finished. They were fantastic workers and I would definitely hire these people should I need more work done in the future. They did their best to make sure the customer was satisfied, plus also gave a fair price.
