AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My townhome HOA contracted with Kacoa and the service was so terrible that residents organized to force the board to cut the contract. Residents started posting pictures of 5 ft flowering weeds. We had them too. I've never seen such shoddy service.

They are by far the most reliable landscaping company I have used. We own several apartment complexes and KACOA handles our properties.

They are also very fair with their pricing compared to other landscapers. It is hard to find trustworthy people these days. Thanks for the hard work guys!

I was just behind one of your company vehicles at an intersection on Perryville Rd in Rockford, waiting to turn left. It was a pickup truck hauling a trailer and a white man wraring an orange hoodie was driving it. He was on his phone and when it turned green to turn left , he didn't go for about 12 seconds, so I did a quick honk just to alert him to go, nothing outrageous. Well, after we made the left turn, he honks at me so i look over and he flips me the bird. How professional...

Terrible terrible Service, unprofessional employees that swear at you, and very very slow to respond. This company is quick to collect money, but slow and even reluctant to perform the work. I hired this company to help me with a new construction and I paid them $2000 to rough grade my yard in April. I was promissed the work would be performed ASAP. It is now Oct 31 and still waiting for the jobs to be done! I called relentlessly to schedule their return, Ben the owner, would give countless excuses and to date has not finished the job! When he finally agreed to Finish the original rough grade project he came to the house to look at my yard. At that time he complained that he couldn't finish the job bc the yard was in bad shapee and asked me for an additional $650 to fix my yard before he can finish the paid in full $2000 April Job! I paid him the $650 to fix yard so that he could finish April job, he showed up for 1 hour and left! He basically collected the check and left. I called and asked why he left and he said he couldn"t finish the $650 job until I pay him another $3900 to remove dirt thats in his way. So in order to finish my PAID IN FULL April $2000 rough grade he needed $650, but in order to do that job he needs another $3900 in order to remove dirt so that he can finish the paid in full $650 job. Therefore, Ben is requiring me to pay $650 to finish $2000 job, but he needs another $3900 before he can finish the $650! Lol please tell me how that makes any sense? Now the owner, Ben, took my $2650, didn't do ANY work, and is asking for another $3900 to finish my original $2000 job! So in order for Ben to finish my 2000 job he wants an additional $4550! Ben is unprofessional, when I last talked to him I requested he just finish my 2 paid jobs and that was all. Ben asked why, and I told him I wouldn't be using him for anything else and just want my 2 jobs finished. Ben got very angry and started swearing at me repeatedly and then said he wasn't going to finish my jobs and hung up! If i could give Negative Stars I would! Stay away from this company and don't pay until they do the work! I completely had faith in Ben, but I was deceived. Don't do business with this company!

I work on and off long distance and Dels has always been there to keep my yard looking good .....only ever mows when its needed so it's nice to know that I'm not over paying for services not needed

We had a paver patio installed. They did excellent work, great price and very professional. They helped with the design and were very friendly. The work was started on time and finished fast. We are very happy customers. Thanks Mario.

wanted to use them. they came out and looked thing over said he would email us a quote. that was 2 and half weeks ago talked to him on the phone a week ago said the same thing I'll email you still nothing if they don't want the work at least they could tell you so you're not left hanging

Initially our experience was positive but in the long run it was disappointing and i will not be using them in the future. We called around and got quotes for our landscaping job and their bid was similar to others; they had also done the landscaping at our home for the previous owners so we opted to use them.

There was no mention of mulch amount, etc. The entire discussion and plan was to do a complete job. When they showed up to do the job we were told it would be an additional $200 because they had to pull weeds and volunteer grasses or they would have to reschedule; i caved and paid the extra money so they could do the job at the given time.

Two weeks later we had ample weeds and grasses growing back through the mulch and we could tell the mulch layer was very very thing; dirt was showing in several areas. I called and spoke to them and was told something along the lines that "well you really need about 16 yards of mulch but we wanted to keep your cost down so we only did 8 yards. Weeds will always be a problem but we can come out and do them every few weeks by spraying the weeds." The amount of mulch was never discussed; i feel like they purposely cut corners to keep their cost down and when i addressed this with them i was told that we got what we paid for and they have not offered any resolution. This entire issue could have been solved by upfront and honest communication; something that they obviously do not take pride in. If they were going to cut corners to keep a low bid then they should have mentioned that initially rather than doing a poor job and then blaming the customer. The least they could do would be to offer resolution and come out and address the weeds and lack of mulch. The entire experience was a big disappointment and i will not be recommending Del's landscaping to anyone in the future.

Very professional guys and the job they do is excellent. The price is very fair and quality is great would definitely recommend.

We recently had a back patio and circular steps put in by Tinajero Lawncare & Maintenance. Not only was the price extremely competitive, but they were very responsive and helpful with the design. The patio looks amazing and I highly recommend this company!
