My favorite place to shop
-
bad service and not friendly staff
-
Plenty of trees. None of them are in water or even standing.
-
the best home depot in my opinion always have the best service in the gardening department.
-
I love their gardening section, and I love the fact that they have larger plants. The prices are excellent, and I can always get good gardening help.

Four years ago it was definitely different. People were much more helpful, polite, customer friendly. Not sure why Home Depot is hiring the kind of people that hate customers service.

I spent over $125 at this store one week ago today ALL in the garden department. I bought herbs, veggies, and to treat myself, two zinnia plants....plus pots , two bags of soil, and one bag of compost.
I came directly home, went into my garage and shut the door, and proceeded to transplant everything into larger pots.
I then put them directly onto our mostly shady patio.
Days later, plants not looking good.....five days later we see bugs on tomato plants....
Today I phone to explain the situation and determine their policy. I am told they do not sell plants with bugs so its something I did.
No offer of replacements or a refund.....will "give me a bottle of product if I will come in".
Sorry to have wasted your time and mine Home Depot Sue. -
Bad service! Go across the street to Lowe's instead.
I can overlook a bad experience but back to back bad experiences tells me rude Home Depot associates are the norm here. We encountered rude service when buying our items from Linda a cashier in the gardening department when we had to wait for another associate to get a code for the product we were buying when another customer didn't want to wait so asked if she could go first. We told the other customer no that we were in the middle of our transaction and Linda disregarded that and said she could do it. When the transaction completed we told Linda we did not appreciate that she would pass us over while in the middle of our transaction that we had to wait for the customer before us so the customer behind us should wait for us. Two days later I called this Home Depots in-store customer service to ask a question and Ernesta tells me that department where she would transfer me to ask the question doesn't have a working phone. I ask if I ask her or if she's going to transfer me somewhere else and she said "if it's a short question, I have a customer who was in front of me first." I stated I was a customer too is she going to transfer me or not, she said she couldn't help me because of her customer in front of her but transferred me to a cashier - I was in the phone queue for 10 minutes without anyone picking up. This is from the Customer Service associate, this store sounds poorly mismanaged if they allow their associates to consistently be rude and not care to help out their customers. -
I understand the need to lock certain things up, but at least have staff there who can unlock it for you. I spent 20-25 minutes in the store trying to get something unlocked. I was acknowledged by two separate employees neither were able to unlock the product. I stood in the store and ordered what I needed online from another retailer to be delivered today.

Yowza!! What a great time I had at Home Depot today! The Garden Center is FILLED with beautiful flowers! I had so much fun and I couldn't stop filling my cart with pretty little gems to take home. As usual, I over bought. Beautiful plants, and lots of fertilizers and garden soil to keep them looking great. And their Pottery section is really nice too. Its funny, my car always steers me over to the garden center when I'm in Surprise!

This place sucks. Waited 30 minutes and still no help. Will buy my stove elsewhere
-
Why is the garden center closed most of the time? Having to go to the front and walk all the way back ,shop, then all the way to the front . Not user friendly for persons with issues. Considering just not bothering.
-
I usually find most of my garden needs at Walmart garden Center.
-
Was good got seeds and trays to start plants
-
there was no working scooters today. earlier this week when i came in i looked everywhere for a scooter because i have a bad knee so i had to go without and endure the pain just to get my meds. while on my way ti the pharmacy i saw 3 punk teenagers on scooter when none of them had a obvious reason to use it and they were friends an in a duck line. lets stop letting people who do not need the scooters to use them
