The couldnt find my van rental. The. While standing there I get the cancelation notice. Their phone system is ABSOLUTELY DISTURBING!!! It will send you to the crazy bin with the fake that it never works properly, cant hear you, and sends you to the wrong location (department or voicemail) I HATE AI!!! Send me back in time where all you dis was talk to a person 1st. Not some screwed up machine

The garden center is open but the cash registers are closed. So when you get your plants and soil and are ready to check out you have to go all the way to the front to check out.
This makes no sense and is not good customer service. There is someone staffing the entrance/ exit that could be ringing people up instead of just standing there. -
