I went there this morning to get a car key cut. They cut it no problem. I take it back to my house and it's does not work at all. I take it back to see if there's anything they can do, no they can't fix it$50 down the drain for a key and they screwed it up. Quote from the lady at the desk "not our problem".

I brought in a high high security lock that no one could provide me with a core cylinder. I did have to leave it to ensure they could get the correct core for it. They called me back and had me all set up. I asked if they could pin it to a master key system and they fixed it right as I requested. Could not be happier with great service and quality that is unsurpassed.

Even though my experience in Missouri this last time, wasn't what i expected it to be.. the women at this company, are the most genuine of people you will find in the area! Great personalities and confident attitudes! If it wasn't for them, im not sure how we would've made it home! Thanks for helpin us Pat and Kim!

I can't say enough about this business. Kim came and installed locks for us. The service was quick, professional and with that good old Missouri friendliness. I'll use them again! Plus will tell others about them as well! Glad I found 'em.

After a friend locked her keys in her car at my house, I did a quick google search for a local locksmith. After I read the reviews for Ace Lock & Key, I felt comfortable in choosing them. Pat and Sharon showed up at my place within a half hour of calling them and swiftly had the car unlocked in less than a minute with no damage. Both gals were kind, courteous and very professional. The price was reasonable and totally worth it!!!! I will not hesitate in recommending them or using them again!

Pat and Kim provided extraordinary service and care. I needed my motorhome keys duplicated and she noticed I had duplicates and told me I did not need the entire set duplicates. Saving me money. Love their mother daughter dynamic business duo!

The only shop that was able to help me fix my motorcycle key when it broke. I called 6 other locksmiths, and they told me it would take days to do, excellent service and high quality product! Good prices as well.

Went to three other business to make a copy of my car key... No one could help me but Ace Lock & Key... They were quick and friendly...

I have always used them. They have been around for a long time (43 years I was told) the other day. I was in there to have my chip key made and they were fast and efficient along with fair priced compared to the dealer where I would be without my car for the whole day i was done there in less than 20 mins. Always a great experience in there.

I called and spoke with the owner about cutting a blank key inside my car remote fob. She said it was $85 which was ridiculous..I then asked her would she guarantee it would work? She said does my original key work which didn't have nothing to do with it! So I asked her if I went out to my car parked out front and the key wouldn't open my door would she refund my money and she said NO!
Run for the hills don't use this place they don't guarantee their work and severely overcharge you.Straight Ripoff Queens.I found another locksmith that cut the blank key for $20 and guaranteed it and it worked!

Awful. They charged me 125 for a key fob that you can get on eBay or Amazon for less than 30. Then they told me they couldn’t program it because I have an after market alarm that wasn’t disabled. So I go to car alarm / stereo store and they tell me it shouldn’t matter if it is disabled. Then the alarm people showed me by locking door with key my truck wouldn’t honk at me when I unlocked door. So I knew he knew what he was talking about. There is cats laying around everywhere in the office. People like myself have allergies. 2 old women that don’t know what they are doing, rip you off on key fobs, say they can’t program it and then won’t give you your money back. Beware!

Kim is great ! We needed a whole building rekeyed and she was able to come out the next day and get us taken care of!

Got some keys made for my cabinets, that I couldnt find else where.
The ladies were very nice too.
A little expensive, but it's worth it, when they get the job done!

Arrived after short notice ..We had locked ourselves out of our home by accident. The technician was able to unlock our door quickly and was able to make two new keys and stated any old keys wouldn't work. We had calls in to three other locksmiths. We waited over an hour with no return call. One responded after problem solved, one never responded. Would highly recommend Ace for all lock and key problems. Great response and friendly technician. Give it 5 out of 5!! Put their number in your phone directly and call them if needed. 😊

Had to go back twice for them to recut the key. Then after it would start the car but only for 30 seconds. I went back in and told them about it and they said it cost an extra $200 for it to work properly. A proper business would have told me about that to begin with.
