My AC stopped working working a couple summers ago. Michael was referred to me by a good friend who had hired him for various properties. He promptly diagnosed my blower fan was shot, replaced with a new fan and got me up and running. AC and heating are both still working great today.

Mr. Manshack diagnosed our issue with our system and had it repaired in less than an hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He discussed with us what was going wrong and explained to us how and what happened. Repaired the system and then educated us on how to prevent this to happen in the future. We will definitely use Presidential for all of our A/C and Heating needs.

Contacted Presidential AC through my home warranty company and I heard from him within an hour. He came out, fixed the issue and had my AC running again in less than 20 minutes. I highly recommend this company.

Went on a recommendation Installed flexable ducts on my rental. Tenant witnessed a worker dropping his cell phone in the air handler and was digging around to find it which caused a low voltage wire to break. Couldn't come back immediately to fix it so hired another company I usually use to temporarily fix it. Presidential came back the following week to replace the wire but charged me to fix it. The only explanation for the failure was the worker dropping his phone, no one else was near the area. I only received fast double talk from Michael saying that may not have happened. No integrity at all. Never again!
