I needed a modad system installed after I did an extensive remodeling to my home. Ted Hebert, LLC was highly recommend by my contractor. Also, my brother said they installed a modad system on his new construction in 2020 and he highly recommended them as well. The contract was clear and easy to understand, however, if you have any questions, then you can reach out to them to get them answered. Dusty called the morning of to let me know that they were on their way and the job was completed before noon. Overall, the professionalism of the company made the job easy for me.

Charging my small family and I an extra $100 to dig 3" of top soil off the lid of our septic tank. Total waste of money. Shop elsewhere.

Terrible Service. They charged me $100 more than I anticipated and acted like it was normal. So disappointed. Don't be scammed by these people, try another plumbing company.

People charged me $95 to dig a 3" hole to access a lid that was visible. Typical add-on.... Absolutely disappointing. Try a different company before using these people.

DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY !! THEY LIE -
Called this company on 06/19/14 to schedule an appointment to have a mo-dad system put in. The appointment was for the next Tuesday, 06/24/14 first thing in the morning. Called at 8 am to get an exact time, no answer, called at 10am, no answer left messages on the answering machine each time, called at 11, spoke to a lady, I told her that I had not heard from anyone about installing my mo- dad, she said that she didn't see my name on the list anywhere, she would call me back. Never heard from her, today is 06/25/14 - I have to be out of my house by the 30th, this is what is holding me up.. I explained this to her, still no return phone call, I called again this morning, she is too busy to take to my call, another employee stated that she just answers the phone, that I would need to speak to Mr. or Mrs. Hebert about this, and they are busy. The crew is in Brusly today!

Dubious (at best) business practices. Will not tell you they will not call you back. Wasted 3 months trying to get them to come out to install a septic system. Turns out they will not service the parish I am in and will not tell you that. How these people are still in business is beyond me...

Was charged 400.00 to clean out a septic tank. I had to have it done by someone else a couple of months later. Problem was not solved and work was poorly done, odor in yard remained. He then took credit for the work done by the second company I hired who did a good job, got rid of the odor and cleaned up area damaged.

Called to inquire on services - was told "$175/HOUR AND A 4 HOUR MINIMUM".... WOW is all i can say. A 4 hour minimum is $700....
Prices are extremely high compared to other plumbers as well as an incredibly high minimum.
Would recommend you continue calling around if your balance starts at $700 NOT INCLUDING ANY MATERIALS!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I just received a bill at my new address saying that I owed them over $3,000. When I called she was saying how she had been trying to contact me and left a lot of messages and also how she emailed me, but never got a response (she had the wrong email address). She said how she asked everyone in the office and Mr. Hebert was getting tired and was going to report me to a collection agency. She said she needed a receipt or the check. When I told her I paid cash, she said she would ask around. Fortunately, within 10 minutes, I found my receipt and when I called back I told them how they need to keep better records and she blamed it on the flood. However I paid this balance in April 2016, so this should have been cleared up way before the flood. Then she proceeded to tell me that when she called multiple men answered my phone (even though before she said that she left messages). The story wasn't consistent, she ended up hanging up on me. Make sure you keep track of your paperwork, who knows how many other people records have been lost.

Installed two 9,000 gallon tanks for a wastewater treatment lagoon modification, along with over 800 feet of 6" SDR=35 pipe and three manholes. Excellent job in a challenging environment.
